Small dark rooms.
Pros:

Good location. The rooftop work area is great (after I chased the staff to reduce the volume of the music)

Cons:

Rooms hallways are mostly painted black. The rooms themselves are tiny and have windows that let in almost no light, so the entire feeling of the place is somber and dark. Add on the grating mood music played far too loudly in the elevator, hallways, and rooftop it became not a place I wanted to return to.

Fabulous location & service, but damp mouldy room
Pros:

Great location, beautiful design feel, lovely rooftop bar (inside and out). We would’ve scored the property higher was it not for an issue we ran into that could not be resolved during our stay. Staff were very attentive and tried everything in their power to help us. Service was excellent and staff were great!

Cons:

Our room was damp and smelled of mould. We changed rooms in an effort to address it but the second room had the same issue. Staff offered extra cleaning, air purifier (for lack of a dehumidifier) but we were still left with a very damp room. This meant clammy bedding, and left all our clothing damp during our stay here. We loved everything else about this place, was it not for this issue. We’ve noticed not many people commenting on this, so perhaps it’s not across the entire property but research shows the issue has existed for a longer period.
