1. Don't forget we are a cash-free hotel. We accept all kinds of cards, but coins? Not our thing!
2. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Both the credit card and the identification document must be presented physically (i.e., no pictures or copies allowed).
3. Cancellation policies may differ according to the selected room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the policy of your preferred room and conditions. Questions? Get in touch with us!
4. Prepayment policies may differ according to the selected preferences. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the policy of your preferred room and payment conditions. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
5. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
6. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
7. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
8. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
9. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

Ottima posizione, davanti alla stazione di Delft. Da lì in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico, con tutte le sue attrazioni. Buoni gli spazi comuni, con molte scrivanie dove lavorare al computer.
Ci sono persino tavoli da ping pong e un buon bar, mentre il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile.
La stanza, anche se singola, era davvero molto piccola e con poca illuminazione. Il letto, poi, era rialzato, il che lo rendeva davvero scomodo da usare. Per fortuna ho dormito qui solo una notte.
La colazione è stata buona e varia, ma mancavano completamente i dolci, mentre abbondavano frutta, yougurt e cibi salati, forse in un eccesso di salutismo.
The location was absolutely perfect for us, right across from the train station, and buses nearby. The trains were not running from this station while we were there, which was disappointing, but it was for needed repairs and maintenance and not in any way the fault of the hotel. We took the tram and buses instead, and it worked out fine. The town center was only four blocks away, and so lovely to walk to alongside the canals. This was my second time staying here, and I really love the hotel. The rooms are rather minimalist, but very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful with everything. And there are washers and dryers available for the use of all guests.
My only request would be to have one more comfortable chair in the room, as there were two of us, and only one nice chair.
Hip, schoon en goed bed
The room is cozy. The check-in experience is smooth (and I got a champaign). The location is awesome.
The organization of the building inside is a bit confusing. There is no direct path toward the rooms. As the name suggested, it is meant for social - so many social areas are there before you can really reach the room :)
Le personnel était fantastique. Je voyage sans telephone cellulaire et Bea m'a aidée avec l'utilisation des machines à laver les vêtements (gratuite!). De plus, à l'enregistrement, il y avait aussi une personne pour me donner ma carte électronique et l' activer. Je n'aime pas les "self check-in". Le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent et le smoothie délicieux. L'hôtel est bien situé, près de la gare de train et de bus. En plus, j'avais une vue superbe sur Delft de ma chambre (0867). Une belle surprise!.
L'air conditionné fonctionnait très mal (important en période de grandes chaleurs). Les instructions ne sont pas claires: il n'y a pas de "green button", il y a un "save and press for AC". Chaque fois que j'entrais dans ma chambre, je devais essayer plus de 7 fois à ouvrir et fermer se bouton pour que l'air condionné commence à fonctionner. De plus, il n'est pas normal que l'écran indique que le système fait, en même temps, la climatisation et le chauffage. La pièce n'était jamais fraiche. Pourtant les rideaux noirs étaient fermés toute la journée, la fenêtre aussi, mais il faisait toujours plus 25 degrés même si l'écran indiquait 20. J'aurais pu descdendre à la réception à chaque fois, mais je voulais trouver par moi-même comme le faire fonctionner. Tout devrait être simple.
Op toplocatie, schone kamer. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en alles was lekker. Personeel super behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral in Delft. Direkt vor dem Hotel liegt der Bahnhof, von dort kann man schnell nach Den Haag oder Scheveningen kommen. Auch andere Städte sind zeitnah zu erreichen.
