1. Don't forget we are a cash-free hotel. We accept all kinds of cards, but coins? Not our thing!
2. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Both the credit card and the identification document must be presented physically (i.e., no pictures or copies allowed).

4. Prepayment policies may differ according to the selected preferences. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the policy of your preferred room and payment conditions. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
5. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
6. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
7. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.

Très bonne localisation. Proche du centre. Parking pas trop loin mais assez cher. Hôtel design, très jeune. Petit déj très bien.
Salle de bain sans étagère pour poser sa trousse. Un seul chevet avec lampe. Lit très (trop) haut.
The location is great right at the confluence of Delft NS railway station, bus station and tram station.
The staff at the reception and the restaurant is very helpful, efficient, articulate, pleasant and presentable.
The place is organized in a functional way.
Housekeeping staff need to be more careful especially while replacing/replenishing consumables like water, tea bags etc.
The corridors in general are narrow. But of course, nothing can be done to change the building layout.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and available 24/7.
Check-in and check-out was also a breeze, and the location and facilities (including the social games, workspaces and laundry room) make this an excellent choice.

Leuke accommodatie, ook goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Prima kamers met goede bedden. Het ontbijt was ook goed. We waren daar rond 10.00 uur, in het spitsuur dus. Aanvullen van de dingen die op waren, duurde daarom wat langer dan je zou willen.
Er is maar één lift voor 10 verdiepingen. Dat is waardeloos. Verder ben ik in het hele hotel geen medewerker tegengekomen die Nederlands sprak. Voor mij verder geen probleem, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat dat voor anderen wel een ding is.
