1. Don't forget we are a cash-free hotel. We accept all kinds of cards, but coins? Not our thing!
2. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Both the credit card and the identification document must be presented physically (i.e., no pictures or copies allowed).
3. Cancellation policies may differ according to the selected room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the policy of your preferred room and conditions. Questions? Get in touch with us!
4. Prepayment policies may differ according to the selected preferences. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the policy of your preferred room and payment conditions. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
5. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
6. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
7. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
8. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
9. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

Camera spaziosa, zone comuni ampie , confortevoli e godibili , arredate in perfetto stile industrial. Posizione davanti alla stazione centrale e a 2 passi dal centro. Lo staff giovane l, preparato e davvero gentile e disponibile. Le persone fanno sempre la differenza ,in qualsiasi campo. Bravi ragazzi!
La colazione potrebbe offrire qualche opzione in più senza glutine oltre al pane. Sono stati posizionati dei cassonetti nel disimpegno dov'è l'ascensore e l'odore che si sente attendendo l ascensore è davvero nauseante. Basterebbe prendere qualche precauzione, come utilizzare bidoni chiusi stagni o semplicemente spostarli.
Ехала с опаской, но оказалось напрасно. Номер маленький, но уютный ( хотя я бы все же покрасила потолок, что не смотреть на бетонные плиты). Персонал выше всяких похвал: дружелюбный, готов в любую минуту помочь. Завтрак превосходный. Спасибо!
Comfortable, clean and friendly staff made it a pleasant stay. It would have been nice to have a small fridge, but other than that, the room had everything we needed.

La zona kitchen situata al piano alloggio! In piena notte, a causa del fumo provocato dal non corretto utilizzo del forno da studenti, è scattato l'allarme incendio nelle camere! Non è stata una cosa piacevole!
