1. Don't forget we are a cash-free hotel. We accept all kinds of cards, but coins? Not our thing!
2. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Both the credit card and the identification document must be presented physically (i.e., no pictures or copies allowed).

4. Prepayment policies may differ according to the selected preferences. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the policy of your preferred room and payment conditions. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
5. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
6. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
7. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
8. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
9. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

Perfect location for traveling by public transport, easy reach city-centre by walking. Friendly and helpfull staff. Nice and cozy design. Good quality of food for breakfast. Quiet room.

Centraal gelegen, modern en levendig.
Koffie, drankjes, ontbijt en broodjes/snacks aan de prijzige kant.
Overall, it was a truly relaxing and comfortable place to stay. What stood out most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which made the whole experience feel easy, personal, and genuinely comforting rather than formal or routine. The location was excellent, being directly opposite the train station and within walking distance of the city center.
The hotel has a central and well connected location, right at the train station. The view from my room was amazing and the staff was kind and helpful.
Unfortunately the sink was a bit blocked, but everything still worked.

De airco, de lucht in de kamer, was super droog. Hierdoor meerdere astma aanvallen gehad en keelpijn. Ook mijn partner (geen astma) kreeg keelpijn.
Emplacement top, ambience, atmosphère. C'est un tiers lieu : un hub entre le travail et la gare, pour boire un verre, travailler, faire du sport, peut-être rencontrer du monde.
Rien, tout était bien.
Hôtel confortable et moderne déco jeune et graphique un mode de vie … bien placé juste derrière la gare et à 10mn à pied du centre de la vieille ville
Au 6eme étage vue sur une terrasse mal aménagée qui coupe un peu la vue sur la vieille ville

Hice una reserva por 21 días de un estudio con cocina y heladera, cerca de la fecha tuve que cancelar unos días de la reserva previa y nos dieron una habitación sin cocina sin avisarnos el cambio , por lo que resultó muy incómodo para mí no poder desayunar allí
La gente del hotel tuvo buena predisposición pero ya no había estudios disponibles
