非常棒，下次還想再住
Pros:

空間寬敞舒適，設備用具應有盡有，有桌子沙發可以看電視放鬆一下，也可以洗衣服並晾在浴室烘乾很方便

地點方便，要去市區任何地方超方便，且對自駕者來說附近很多收費停車場，無可挑剔～加上有洗衣機及乾燥設備，衣物不必帶太多～～

Cons:

枕頭真的很硬 ～～還有座椅扶手皮面破掉了（並不影響使用），不怎麼好看～～

Pros:

식사는 없고요 카운터도 무인으로 운영되고있습니다. 하지만 한국어를 잘하시는분이 테블릿으로 응대해주셔서 좋았고요
요리를 할수있는 인덕션과 굉장한 수압과 따뜻한 물 역시 좋았습니다.
무엇보다 매트리스가 모두 라텍스여서 편안한 밤 되었어요

역하고 15분거리에 있다는거랑 냉장고가 두개지만 작았다는것
설겆이 후 건조대가 없다는것
옷을 보관하거나 걸수있는 옷걸이대가 없다는것 외엔 불편한점은 없었습니다.

Great comfortable stay at Grandbase Hakatamon
Pros:

The property is conveniently close to the station and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby (8-10mins leisure walk). The property has all the amenities you need and suitable for family of 5 like us for a long stay of 9 days.

Cons:

Perhaps a higher sofa and more chairs (even foldable) for when family gather at the tv area.

Pros:

Excellent location, many convenient shop nearby and restaurants well. Walkable dis tin be to Tenjin, to canal city, to Kushida shrine.

Cons:

No room services, we stay for 8 days, no cleaning provided.

楽しかったので、満足です。
Pros:

全体的に清潔感があり、洗濯機、洗濯洗剤かあったのはよかったです。

Cons:

ベッドから玄関、物置棚が見えるので仕切等があったらよかったと思います。あと、テレビの前のソファの横にトイレがあるのも、ちょっといやでした。

Clean, quiet and safe neighbourhood.
Pros:

Place is quiet and quaint small hotel which is fine with our small group. Hotel and room are clean and well-kept. Layout of the room gives ample space (maybe even spacious for Japanese standards) to house 3 adults and open up our luggages.

Cons:

Check-in process is simple but probably a more thorough SOP before arrival would be helpful to manage our expectations. Since we were staying for 2 nights, we did not bother to find the train stations or bus-stops, but reckon it is not too near. Instead we took uber around.
