From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. MUY BUEN HOTEL
Pros:

Calidad precio increíble. La piscina lo mejor!!! Las vistas de la piscina INCREÍBLES!! Además está abierto hasta las 12 aunque creo que solo puedes bañarte hasta las 21. No obstante como tienen un bar con unos camareros SÚPER MAJOR , puedes quedarte allí con buenas vistas hasta las 12. La habitación también tiene vistas increíbles, está todo muy limpio y es muy cómodo. La ubicación perfecta también porque no estás en el CAOS pero estás a 20 minutos andando como MÁXIMO de todo !!

Cons:

El personal de recepción no son muy majos… yo pedí una habitación alta y me dieron una planta 10.. que aún así las vistas son chulísimas. Nuestra habitación tenía del baño olor a tuberías, lo comentamos y nos mandaron a un chico que nos echó un producto pero no nos cambiaron de habitación ni nada… también pedimos si tenían pasta de dientes ya que era nuestro último día y el chico de recepción nos dijo que no nos podía dar… de una forma un tanto antipática

Excellent facilities, only needs more staff to deal with everone

The location, the facilities are really great.

Cons:

The hotel was really crowded and staff seemed overwhelmed to deal with all that.

Solution simple:
hire more staff and increase the number of check-in counters.

Sehr gute Möglichkeit in KL preisgünstig und dennoch komfortabel zu übernachten.
Pros:

Das Hotel entsprach unseren Erwartungen voll und ganz. Hervorzuheben sind die vielen Aussichtspunkte, insbesondere auch am "roof top". Schön wäre eine Bewirtungsmöglichkeit an den Aussichtspunkten.

Odanın manzarası çok iyi. Havuz ve sky garden gösterişli ve güzeldi.

Cons:

Bavul bırakmanın ücretli olması. Küçük havlular yoktu sadece büyük vardı. Bir de ayak havlusu yada duş önüne koydukları havlu kokuyordu

Pros:

Tesisin konumu her yere yakın, Kuala Lumpur'da görülmesi gereken yerlerin çoğuna yürüme mesafesinde. Odamızın Petronas Kulesi ve Menara Kulesi manzaralı olması bizi etkiledi. Ayrıca Sky Pool nefes kesici.

Cons:

Temizlik biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Biraz da rutubet kokusu var Malezya iklimi için bu da doğal gibi görünüyor.

Pros:

L'emplacement.
Vue de la chambre (27 étage).
La piscine et sa vue.
Le café au rez-de-chaussée

Cons:

Seulement 6 chaises à la piscine, VRAIMENT INSUFFISANT !

La congestion aux ascenseurs, peut prendre 10 minutes et plus pour descendre.

Besoin de demander du papier de toilette après 4 jours, jamais de room service pendant notre séjour
