Pros:

Mi sono piaciute tante cose ..... l'accoglienza e la gentilezza dell'intero staff, la camera ed il bagno, la ristorazione sia al mattino che alla sera, tutta la spa ed in particolare la sauna all'aperto sulla terrazza.
Ma quello che mi è più piaciuto è il servizio per gli sciatori; non sono tanti gli alberghi dove puoi uscire dalla struttura e trovarti direttamente sulle piste con gli sci ai piedi. Il Kristall te lo permette e ti offre anche la possibilità di noleggiare sul posto l'attrezzatura da sci o richiederne la manutenzione.

Ein himmlischer Urlaub im Schnee

Ein Zimmer das nach Zirbe, macht glücklich schon beim Eintritt. Und Menschen, deren Passion es ist, Urlauber glücklich zu machen sind einfach grandios. So ein toller Urlaub - für meinen Junghund der erste dieser Art. Herzlichen Dank

Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

La parte della spa era molto pulita e accogliente con saune a vista, nell'entrare in camera ho sentito subito profumo di pulito e di legno che io adoro. Lo staff è sempre stato cordiale e pronto ad accontentare le nostre richieste.
