Frühstück 0815; zwar frisch aber eine minimale Auswahl, manche Sachen werden nicht nachgefüllt.
Zimmer: Halbwegs sauber, teilweise beschädigtes Mobiliar, frische Handtücher hatten Blutflecken drauf, es gab nichtmal Gläser.
Personal: so lala; konnten teilweise kein Englisch.

Belle salle de sport, petit déjeuner correct mais un des ascenseurs en panne depuis 10 jours occasionnant des attentes très longues.

Good hotel; comfortable and adequate space for my grown son and I, comfortable beds, hotel staff was accommodating. Location was a key selling feature; close to the heart of Paris, there are good bus and metro connections from the hotel.

Room was ok, curtains would have been nice to sleep a bit better. Bed was good and fridge was pleasant surprise.
Gym was very hot, luckily could open all the windows. You can do nice aerobic ecxersice or yoga there but nothing much more.
Breakfast was very nice surprise! Basic but good choices. Only the eggs were very overcooked, everything else was very good. Loved the fresh fruitsalad!

This place is very off the beaten path, 45min metro to Paris city center. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but not terrible. Hotel is a solid 2-2 1/2 stars. We needed a cheap place to rest our head, this did it. Beds were not comfortable (slats on springs), everything you needed required ID to ensure you will return the items etc. I wouldn't stay here again personally. I would rather pay a little more and not have to deal with this level of service.

Bon endroit avec les transports et commerces à côté, check in rapide,tour s'est super bien passé.

Surper appart hôtel bien placé au coeur de Paris non loin de la station de métro Mairie de Clichy. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Mais le plus pour moi c'est la salle de sport au dernier étage juste ce qu'il faut pour un bonne séance de sport en toute sérénité.

Très satisfaisant comme hébergement. Le calme, la qualité des équipements, la proximité du métro et d'autres moyens de transport font de cet Appart hôtel une destination conviviale et idéale.
Je recommanderai vivement.

C'est excessivement cher pour un hotel... perso j'ai payé plus de 85€/nuit.

Ce genre de chambre vaut max 60 €.

il fait froid pour fin Sept/deb Oct. je pense que c'est un chauffage centralisé... donc là à ce moment là... pas de chauffage... et donc la nuit il caille!

les points forts, en ce qui me concerne c'est le service payant des machines à disposition pour laver son linge.

en ce qui concerne la sécurité... ça va, ce n'est pas trop un endroit risqué, par contre, à deux reprises quelqu'un fumait de l'herbe juste en face vers minuit... ça sentait très très fort!!! TRES DESAGREABLE.

Est ce qu'il y a des activiités douteuses OUI! est ce que ça fait de la zone une zone insécurisée, NON! mais bon pour le prix que J'AI PAYE, très très déçue!

Good value for what it is...great location,with eateries around. And lots of supermarkets...
Room was very hot,to the point i had to sleep on the floor.
Shower was decwnt..had good faciilties,hobs,feidge and cutlery..

Cant comment on service as they spent 90%of the time smoking outside the building....

Filthy. Infested with flies, cockroaches and vermin (see images attached). Due to disgusting condition, guests refused to stay. No refund honoured, contrary to their booking rules. Hotels.com, are not not willing to pursue (uninterested), despite booking directly with them? now £2,500 out of pocket, Despite numerous calls, live chat and emails, Hotels.com still refuse to pursue? This is false advertising. I was MIS-SOLD. It is actually housing asylum seekers - this is NOT a hotel.

It was horrific. Firstly i was given the key to a room that had someone in, then i got in my room and the door was off the bathroom cabinet. Worst of all is that they have charged me twice for the booking and have still not refunded the several hundred euros owed to me, as well as the 50 euro deposit they take at check in. I will now have to contact the police for this matter. Be very careful when thinking about staying here.

Les lampes de chevet sont avec des ports USB mais sans prise secteur-USB !

Un Check in de 40 minutes pour juste avoir une chambre sans climatisation avec comme compagnie des cafards. Non merci mais plus jamais. Passer votre chemin.
