Acacia Hotel Davao

Hotel has a great location near SM Lanang. Check in took a wile but it was because someone else booked the room for us, and they had to verify first. Room was quite spacious. Hotel staff were friendly. Food at waling waling was nice. Over all great experience

Acacia Hotel is always my go-to hotel whenever I travel to Davao for business. The staff are very accommodating, especially the front office team, the guards, and the restaurant staff. The rooms are always clean and well-maintained. Compared to other hotels in Davao, this is the only one where I can truly sleep and rest well. The food is also good — my favorite is the Acacia Special Vegetable. Security is excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located near establishments like SM. Kudos also to Acacia team for switching to refillable water pitchers, this is a great and significant step in supporting sustainability.

Room was clean when we arrive and we stayed comfortably

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff are attentive and welcoming, and the food is excellent every time. The rooms are spacious and very clean, making it feel like a home away from home. Prices are a bit higher now compared to my previous stay, but overall, the experience remains wonderful.

Not a good place to stay, bathrooms unsanitary, not well maintained with molds, towels are like damp cloth, you will be scared to use the towels, carpet in hallways smells like damp, housekeeping not trained to do cleaning and sanitation, 1 star waste of money at all.

We were pleased with the service this hotel provided us, Thirdy is very efficient and very polite. We will come back for sure!

I just want to say thank you to Acacia Hotel for the wonderful accommodation. Every peso I spent was truly worth it. The room was clean and cozy, and I really enjoyed the coffee and the useful amenities. The pool was great, and the bed was super comfortable too. Everyone working at the hotel was kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Grace, who kept our room clean so neat and tidy, her presence was really appreciated. Chino was also very friendly, he set up our extra bed and even gave us a instructions on wifi. I’ll always remember Von and Aizzle, who greeted us with such warm smiles when we arrived. Jong truly made our stay feel extra special. We will definitely come back!

I liked the property in general. However, but looking at the details, there was one that could be improved such as lighting in the bathroom. Only one light was working in 611 so it was not really bright.

Had a truly wonderful stay at Acacia Hotel. Enjoyed the hotel's beautiful facilities and comfortable accommodations. Also 5-star for the breakfast, was a delightful start to each day of our stay. I highly recommend Acacia Hotel for its top-tier experience and dedicated team. A special mention goes to Ms. Kimberly at the front desk, made our check-in incredibly smooth with her efficiency and excellent customer service. Already looking forward to my next visit!

As an American on my first trip to PH, I scoured the reviews for 4 star hotels. I read so many great reviews for the Acacia, I had to try it.
PROS - Great location, wonderful people and I always felt very safe there. The front desk staff were really good as was the front door staffers, always willing to grab a taxi for my girlfriend and I. The rooms are a little on the small side by American standards. The king size bed is a little short - I am 5'9 and my feet would stick out beyond the mattress. Not a big deal -we just found that amusing. We indulged in the in-room relaxing massage services they offered. We liked it so much, we did it two times, after a long 6 hour drive. They were wonderful.

CONS - Our room (1105) seems to have a bird nest just outside the window. Every morning we would awaken to a great deal of bird activity. We paid for the free breakfast package and found the options a bit limited. We always had to wave down a waiter just to get water and coffee, then again for sugar and creamer. Refills, again, we had to flag someone down to do this. We also had some issues with the room cleaning. We would leave all day and come back to the bed unmade and room not cleaned. We had to call the housekeeping staff to get this done. And when they did do so, frequently they didn't empty the two small trash cans

Overall, we loved out stay there. The complaints I'm sharing are mostly a minor annoyance - but for a 4 star hotel, these things should be corrected.
We're already talking about going back again in a few months. If Acacia wants to offer us a sweet deal based on the review, I'd love to hear from you!

We have a business trip last week and we try to stay at your hotel since we have an event on August. I just notice on the room that really maintained. Like sa bathroom hindi sya malinis ng mabuti. Maraming lumot-lumot sa mga gilid ng pintuan at ung towel sobrang luma na. Ung mga laylayan ng towel ay naglalagas na. Mas mukhang bago pa ung floor towel. Sana ung mga ganung towel hindi nyo na pinapagamit.

I hope will not experience this next time on our stay.

Had an amazing stay at Accacia Hotel Davao, thanks to the exceptional service from Emmanuel, April, and Leah at the front desk! They went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival and even granted our request complimentary late checkout at 1pm. Their warm hospitality and friendly attitude made our stay truly fun and relaxing. Highly recommended

Sir Lee was very friendly and attentive, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was okay, though some items weren’t hot—perhaps a food warmer could help improve that.

I reported the issue with the hot shower to the front office and was advised that someone would check, but unfortunately, no one came and no assistance was provided.

On a positive note, the rooms were spacious and clean, the location was convenient, and the security team was very welcoming and courteous.

Despite the minor setbacks, Acacia will still be one of my considerations should I return to Davao.

I had the best and most unforgettable birthday celebration at Acacia Hotel. My friends surprised me with a beautiful birthday setup, and I’m incredibly grateful to the amazing staff who helped make it all possible.
