Cons:

Cleanliness can be improved. The rooms can be refreshed because it didn't look like new even though I was told it was only 2 years old

Pros:

Breakfast was good, even though the service could be improved.

Cons:

The hotel is so far not geared up to foreign guests as the service staff hardly speak any English and are very very young.
The hotel itself is nice, the rooms instead are surprisingly a bit run down, taking into account the age of the hotel.
Nevertheless, for the purpose of my travel I had a reasonable stay in thus lovely area.

Pros:

The room minimalist design. Open concept without any wardrobe.

Cons:

I strongly recommended that the hotel issued fresh NEW towels with the hotel emblem. We were issued towels that were off white. It doesnt reflects the hotel quality image.

Modern and Comfortable Hotel in Small City
Pros:

Braling hotel are surprisingly comfortable, new, and modern in this small city. It gives comfort of 4 stars hotel. Their hospitality were superb, easy check in and check out. The room are spacious for 3 persons, with a lot of storage shelf (important!) and big mirror. The facilities like infinity swimming pool, spa for 50 thousands rupiah, and gym are worth to try.

Cons:

I know the housekeeping have been trying hard to clean the room, however I still feel the floor was a bit dusty and still have strands of hair.

Pros:

Great breakfast, full of variety. One of the biggest food offerings at a breakfast buffet that I've ever seen.

The room was comfy with a nice clean bathroom.
