Kind and helpful people really made a difference to my stay at the plough
Pros:

Clean comfy bed bug bathroom bit the high point of this hotel are the staff particular thanks to Charlotte and Lewis who were so helpful and kind during my stay. Thanks to them again they’re brilliant.

Pros:

The bathroom was an adequate size, and the room was comfortable. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate were also provided. Staff were friendly too

Cons:

There were steps again, but luckily the room was on the first floor. The breakfast was unusual. Everything looked nice, but I left some of the eggs because they were undercooked, and everything seemed to have a garnish. It was very strange.

Lovely staff but building quite shabby
Pros:

Aphrodite on reception was very helpful 10/10

Cons:

Bedroom was in need of redecoration. Bathroom sink plug was missing so husband couldn't shave. Noisy room as on major road junction.

Bed very comfortable, had best night's sleep for a long time. The staff were also very polite and friendly.

Cons:

Location on main road corner, though I recognise they couldn't help that.

Ideal location for a night out in Northampton. Close to the theatre and shopping.
Pros:

The room was clean. Nice big bathroom. Complimentary hot drinks and biscuits.

Cons:

Our room was right on the main road and beside a cleaners cupboard.

Its okay..
Pros:

Location was handy for attending nearby event.

Cons:

When booking it didn't explain we were going to be separated and had actually booked two rooms. but the guy on reception tried to cram us into one and didn't reveal we had two rooms until we asked.
