Terrible place to stay
Pros:

The lady that booked us in when we 1st arrived was lovely and helpful

Cons:

The lady at the bar in the evening who charged my card for 2 pints and gave me 2 half pints of beer and the other half pints was throf. While talking on a personal call while serving me at the bar was very rude and unprofessional and the fact there big lorry beer delivery waking us up at 7.05am throwing beer barrels on and off there lorry right outside our window without any consideration or being told to consider the people that are paying and staying at the property. I'd never stay there again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to as its bad

Great value, very clean.
Pros:

This hotel has had extensive renovation and decoration over the past few years, and it is a really nice place to stay. Very clean, very comfortable and with a very good breakfast! Staff are lovely and always helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

The flush on the toilet cystern was broken but this was a minor hiccup.
