Definitely recommend this hotel
Pros:

Central location short walk to centre just round corner from supermarket and opposite the Carlsberg brewery lol

Cons:

Can’t say anything bad about the property , ALL the staff were amazing attentive, smiling and nothing was too much trouble, lovey reception staff day or night , always smiling. Had time to talk, not rushed , the room attendants were also brilliant, kept the room clean and were also very helpful, again the kitchen staff served up a Delicious Breakfast and very fresh ( the food not the staff ) 😂😂😂 , I did extend my stay which was easy to do and it as able to stay in the same room, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel when I visit Northampton again as I do several times a year as I use to live there and still have 2 grown up kids and grandkids there , would definitely recommend this hotel , hope the staff enjoyed their Chocolates 🥳

I won’t book again
Pros:

Easy to find

Cons:

There was large rave and it wasn’t a welcoming experience. There was loud music toll past 1am and we walked through a cloud of smoke (weed) into the reception area

I expected a double room as described by Booking.com
I assumed there was a lift. My error.

The pillows were solid.
The evening menu was disappointing.
