Perfect location, and good value. My room had a really comfy bed and was very clean.
Some of the decor in the corridors and some of the room furniture looked a bit tired.

Charlotte who was front of house on our arrival was friendly and welcoming.Staff generally were helpful and responsive to any requests. The room we booked was on the second floor, spacious and comfortable bed, clean room with some amenities like gowns, slippers, tea/coffee making facilities…
Location was good for attending a nearby festival but it is in a run down part of town. If more than one night, I would not necessarily choose to be in this location.
The hotel was immaculately clean.
The cleaning staff do a fantastic job and the hotel clearly has pride on its presentation.
I was really impressed with this hotel and the reception staff were excellent, thankyou so much for a happy, clean comfortable stay.

Location great. Ample free parking. Room was super nice… spacious modern bathroom, very comfy bed and pillows, tea making facilities, fridge, fan .. even ear plugs provided as hotel is on a busy road. Staff were fabulous.. particularly a lovely young lady from Greece… don’t know her name but full marks to her!
Could do with more accessible sockets for charging devices in the room.
10.30 checkout at the weekend? Come on guys… I need a lie in after a night out! Noon would be amazing but even 11am would make all the difference!
Great location. Easy parking. Helpful staff and clean room.
Room was too hot and the fan didn’t work. We opened the windows but this didn’t make much difference as they had been shut all day. Shame because this is an easy fix but really let down the whole stay.

La salle de bain très vielle avec des dalles de sol non jointées et une porte de douche qui ne fermait pas. Et rien pour poser notre trousse de toilette.
Le matelas mou et plus large que le sommier qui fait qu’on tombe du lit quand on est sur les bords.
La chaleur dans la chambre - obligé de dormir avec ventilateur et fenêtre ouverte , donc avec tout le bruit de la forte circulation du carrefour.
Cet hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur de l’enseigne BW et méritait un gros coup de rénovation.
