Pros:

Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, dass am Sonntagmorgen um 07:00 das house keeping ein Zimmer betrat, ohne anzuklopfen. Der Schlüssel steckte von innen und es war abgeschlossen.

Zimmer ok, Hotelanlage schrecklich!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist aussen gar nicht gepflegt! Nicht mal das Hotel-Schild ist zu erkennen... das Grass im Garten ist mindestens 40cm gross. Draussen ist echt schrecklich. Drinnen ist ok, mehr oder wenig sauber und das Zimmer war auch ok fürs Schlaffen aber das wars. Adelboden ist echt schön und die Bergen sind sehr gut sichtbar vom Hotel. Wir haben trotz miserablen Zustand im Garten gegrillt, was unser Aufenthalt verbesser hat.

Hotel was shut down. We got comped a room at a sister hotel nearby. Service was non existent - no front desk at either hotel. When we got to Crea, a caretaker guest (only one in the building) gave us a number to call, and we were told to go to the sister hotel, a room would be left open. At least the view at the sister hotel was nice.

Mauvaise organisation.
Pros:

Nous sommes arrivés à l hotel Crea vers 15h comme convenu, 15h20 toujours prrsonne, on a donc appelés puis on nous a dit qu on avaient reçu un mail la veille comme quoi nous devions allez à l hotel Crystal qui se trouve un peu plus loin... ( le mail m'a été envoyé a 15h30 seulement lorsque j ai raccroché). Je trouve sa inadmissible qu'il n'y ai personne à la réception... Nous voulions profiter de la piscine, mais vu qu'à l'hotel Crystal il n'y en a pas s étais bien dommage!
De plus nous avions réservé une chambre à 80 francs suisses hors nous avons payés 98 francs suisses car ce n'était pas l'hôtel que nous avions réservés à la base.
Je ne conseil vraiment pas cet hôtel.

When we arrived, we found hair on the bed. We did not get new towels the second day. The view is amazing, but that is all there is to this room.

Perfect for a fun family getaway
Pros:

Great location, great view, decent breakfast. The family room was perfect for us. Restaurant is not open, but several restaurants are just minutes away by foot. Our room was clean, but a bit old-seemed they were in the process of remodelling some common spaces and rooms.
