Pros:

Tolles modernisierten Hotel im " alten" Grundbestand, extrem freundliche und zuvorkommende Inhaber und Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und auch sehr sehr gutes Abendessen (dass die Preise in der Schweiz anders sind als in den meisten europäischen Ländern, ist einem bei einem Urlaub in diesem sehr schönen Land ja bereits im Vorhinein bewusst).
Wunderbarer Aufenthalt insgesamt (wir haben deshalb spontan um eine Nacht verlängert) und eine 100% Empfehlung!

Geweldig, we wilden langer blijven, helaas zat hotel vol. Maar terug komen we zeker!
Pros:

Alles, ongelooflijke gastvrijheid en alles is comfortabel!!ontvangen worden met een drankje en een enthousiaste uitleg over de omgeving! Je voelt je direct thuis! Iedereen lacht en is vriendelijk! Heerlijk eten ! Super fijne kamer!

Endroit calme et isolé.

Très bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

La proximité de troupeaux de vaches peut être la source de la présence de mouches, mais cela est tout à fait normal ; il faut juste le savoir.

Das Frühstück wird serviert und es fehlt an nichts. alles ist frisch zubereitet und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Alleine die Einrichtung ist ein Besuch wert. Viele Details und mit liebe angerichtet. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und es war für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hatte wenig Ablagefläche. Auch um die Kleider zu versorgen wäre ein Schrank nicht nicht schlecht. Die Frage ist, ob das Hotel nur für 1-2 Übernachtungen benutzt wird oder man einen längeren Aufenthalt geplant hat.

Für ein umwefendes Frühstück auf ins Hôtel de l'Ours
Pros:

Das Besitzerpaar und die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer (Suite) sehr schön mit toller Dusche. Auch die Lage hat uns gefallen, und das Frühstück war etwas vom besten, was wir je irgendwo angetroffen haben. Nur schon dafür lohnt sich ein Aufenthalt im Hotel de l'Ours.

Sehr schönes Hotel oberhalb des Bielersees mit tollem Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll, gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge, gute Betten, sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, grossartige Küche: unbedingt auch das Restaurant besuchen!

Een geweldig verblijf met heerlijk eten
Pros:

Het was erg schoon, erg netjes en gezellig ingericht (ook de openbare ruimtes). We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Marcello en Melanie, die je graag helpen je vragen te beantwoorden en wat over de omgeving te vertellen. Ook het ontbijt en diner waren echt geweldig!

Cons:

Er is geen airco, maar het verhaal daarachter maakt dat het geen enkel probleem is. Wij waren er met 38 graden en de ruimtes waren alsnog redelijk koel.
Wel waren er veel vliegen, maar dat is logisch als er vlak naast je koeien staan te grazen 😅

Nous y reviendrons!
Pros:

Tout! Pour garder cet endroit secret je devrais donner de mauvais renseignements mais pour le plaisir que nous avons eu je ne peux que le conseiller. C'est vraiment très agréable, spacieux et l'accueil y est particulièrement soigné, du soir au matin.

Cons:

Un peu de route mais rien de bien compliqué depuis Neuchâtel.
