Herzlich/ Phänomenal/ wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Der Empfang war herzlich, informativ, das Zimmer überraschen schön und modern das Nachtessen sehr fein, kreativ und die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend.

Wonderful stay at Hotel de l’Ours
Pros:

The property is located in a small and quiet village near the countryside. The hotel is beautiful and well decorated. The staff made us feel very welcome and answered all our requests. The restaurant is very nice with a great menu for food and drinks. The room was big, very clean and confortable. It was perfect!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

L'accueil était exceptionnel, on a pris le temps de nous expliquer les balades possibles dans la région, nous donner des recommandations pour manger et tout le personnel était très chaleureux. L'hôtel dans son ensemble est cosy, le petit-déjeuner excellent (surtout le pain, le jambon, les oeufs brouillés, le bircher). Une belle découverte !

Cons:

Les chaises de la terrasse ne sont pas des plus confortables selon moi.

Esperienza impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. L’ambiente è intimo e curato nei minimi dettagli, ideale per chi cerca relax. Un plauso speciale va a tutto lo staff: gentili, professionali e attenti a ogni nostra richiesta. Anche il ristorante è stato una piacevole sorpresa.
