Pros:

Gute Zimmeraufteilung mit 2 separaten Badezimmern, ideal für einen Kurzurlaub mit Freunden (2 Pärchen);
geräumige Wohnung; Zugang per Zugangscode, so dass man nicht abhängig von max. Check In Zeiten ist.

Cons:

Lautstärke vor dem Haus (selbst durch geschlossene Fenster konnten wir den Verkehr draußen hören).

Matratzen waren uns persönlich zu dünn und zu hart.

Pros:

Es hat mal wieder alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit geklappt. Der Check-in war auch zu einem frühen Zeitpunkt machbar. Und alles lief einfach unkompliziert. Danke nochmal ! Das Zimmer war sehr schön und völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Not a boutique hotel no parking at all take your cleaning products to clean the room
Pros:

Old building well renovated spacy room

Cons:

Hotel with parking does not means try to search for parking in the neighborhood streets,room in third floor without elevator so meaning you have to carry the luggage,room was dirty toilete basin and cover forgot to clean ,floor with hairs and some bolts and remains of toilet paper, toilete carpets was dirty ,room chair with food remaining from previous guest,room very cold unable to adjust the temperature and with spring summer blankets so finally we was slept with our clothes......definitely not a boutique hotel...sorry

Pros:

Modern and clean, has a balcony and bathtub. Quiet place.
Easy self check in.

Cons:

Stairs without anything to hold on so be careful. Also no elevator so keep that in mind in case you have a lot to carry or problems with climbing stairs.

A comfy stay
Pros:

For 3 guests there was a great option of a flat with everything you need inside-kitchen, towels, enough space.
Though there was no parking slots right near the property, it wasn't a problem to find in around the corner

Cons:

It could be cleaned more accurate: the floor was sticky, toilet, kitchen.

It’s ok for the overnight stay, beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The kitchen is rather dirty and the oven is greasy. The door opening for the Apartment No 101 is not working properly, and if no one is left inside, you may not come in.

Pros:

There was no breakfast. Nice clean room with a little fridge and balcony.

Cons:

No human contact to ask for an extra towel, coffee or extra shower soap.
Amenities were bare minimum no resupply for coffee
