Good value for money and the friendly staff with Mr Teodor
Pros:

Good value for money and amazing view from the room,
Good breakfast and shuttle bus to the gondola each morning and in the afternoon.

Cons:

Better options and diversity in breakfast in the morning.

Would not stay again.
Cons:

When I first arrived I got a margarita pizza and the sauce tasted like canned tomato soup which was unappetizing. Beds and bedding were quite uncomfortable. The carpets needed to be replaced a long time ago in the room. Worst yet the fitness facilities where disorganized and stalked with equipment that was broken or of poor quality. The pool was closed for my stay and it look quite run down looked nothing like in the pictures.

O panoramă frumoasă spre munți.

Cons:

Am făcut rezervare în special pentru ca aveau piscina încălzită, dar când am ajuns nu era funcțională. Micul dejun foarte sărăcăcios.

Bansko foarte frumos, hotelul de maxim 2 stele
Pros:

Personalul amabil, oferea ajutor cu transport ceea ce nu găsești mereu

Cons:

Iti iau bani pe halat si prosop pentru spa si la spa este frig. Piscina nu funcționează iar in ultimele zile nici sauna cu vapor. Pereti piscinei sunt plini de mucegai, faianta din piscina este cazuta, apa nu este incalzita. Patul dublu este format din doua saltele care se separa numai daca sufli.

The whole hotel was warm. The breakfast was acceptable.

Cons:

The room was not very clean. The bathroom was full of hair and there was toothpaste on the sink.

Горничная. Очень приятная женщина из Украины. Вид на горы. Просторный номер.

Cons:

Бассейн ужасный, холодный. Сауна/баня холодная. Завтраки одинаковые. Пресные. Бильярд платный. Помещение ужасно грязное там где бильярд
Считайте СПА нет в отели. Проще и дешевле было снять отель без спа вообще чем с таким спа. Расположение не понравилось, далековато до нормальных кафешек, обратно подъем. Добираться пешком максимально неудобно. Не советую! Можно найти намного лучше отель со спа, за эти же деньги.

Разочарована.
