Overall Management is bad, Restaurant experience is very very bad, Manager chewing tobacco in restaurant in front of guests, live country guy refused guests that he won’t give only samosa, you need to take it as a chaat, I requested that I don’t eat curd & all and I require only samosa he didn’t give us or anybody else, even other guests were arguing for the same and the manager was standing outside making his tobacco than came inside chewing tobacco and replied that the samosa are cold and you won’t like it, it will be good to have as a chaat, I can share much more but let it go

Pros:

The hotel came as a surprise to us. It's absolutely amazing! The rooms, the ambience, the facilities, the surroundings, the pool area, everything is really nice.
The food was really good. They customized the food as per our requirements.
The buggy service was prompt.

Cons:

The front office should have informed us about the room cleaning situation where they clean the room only on the guests presence. We were out the entire day and came back at night to a dirty room, even after we switched the clean room lights on.
Other than this every thing was perfect!

Its a 5 star facility but it doesnt own a cab servise to take u anywhere at any time, it has aliance with some local vendor who dont operate in night

What looks good is not good
Pros:

Nothing about the property was good.... Though it's a new property water was dripping in the bathroom from the ceiling. It was like a picnic spot and definitely not to stay .

Cons:

The price is exorbit as compared to the service and quality of room . We had visited somnath mandir and this is on the outskirts with a good 20 minute drive to the temple . We had a bad experience overall
