I would like to ask the refund for my first booking because I book for 1 twin room and triple room but they don't have a triple room available. They ask me to cancel my booking and book again so I book for a deluxe room. I paid the deluxe room online and paid one twin room in cash, but after I cancel my booking they get money from my card. I tried to get in touch with them to ask for refund but the number provided cannot be reach. Please I ask to return M. y money that you transact from my card. Please please please......

I booked 2 rooms 1 twin and 1 triple room on booking. Com but they insist that my rooms are 2 twin rooms. But they cannot solve my problem instead it was the guest that will call booking to solve my problem how could that be, receptionist can't do nothing. Anyway it was not their fault. They don't have access to booking system, how could they answers the guest emails on booking? And that was surprising to me.
Address provided is incorrect. It points me to go to the other direction (mountainous part oft he city) when the correct address is sea-ward. Luckily the taxi driver knows his way. I would have wasted time and get lost had I followed the address/ direction given.
The running water is not clean. it smell and it’s green you can’t even shower or wash your face.

We booked 2 rooms one for 2 pax and another 3 pax. Upon arrival only 2 pax rooms where available.

a lot, especially the supply of water and quality of water and the dusty room. It was around 9pm and I was in the middle of my shower, when there was no water from the shower and the faucets. We had to go down to the reception because even though there was a telephone in the room, it did not say what the local number is downstairs. When we got to the reception, they said they ran out of water and were trying to fill the water tank. we followed after 15 mins via phone and the lady said it will take a few minutes because we were on the 3rd floor. two hours later (and I could have catch a cold if I waited), we went down again because we needed water for the loo, it was only then that they turned on the water. the most annoying part, their water is dirty. also, right when we arrived, the lobby was so messy and hot, the stairs smells of paint and it was super dusty because of their ongoing repair. when we got to the room, as soon as we opened the door, my nose could detect the dust. the bed while also clean, it was also so dusty that I caught a sinusitis after our stay there.
