I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly, the hotel is tastefully decorated, the interior areas are clean and well maintained and the roof top bar is a great addition.

Great hotel and upstairs restaurant. Awesome atmosphere throughout the hotel and great breakfast in the morning which included pancakes, French toast, country potatoes, sausage, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt and fruits, and more.

We stayed here during the ice storm in January 2026. The workers were staying overnight just so the guest could have their basic needs met. And everyone, every single person that we encountered was kind and gracious and never acted like it was a bother or that they did not want to be there. They made us feel like we were at home and were very grateful for that! Kudos to the staff and the managers!! Myself and my family will definitely return.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. And I travel almost every month for work, so I stay at several hotels. The service was honestly amazing, including Ramiro at check in. He was so kind and genuine. But all of the staff were top notch. The breakfast, the downstairs, and upstairs staff at Lot 12 were so great. Everyone was so helpful. The location was great and the room was so comfortable. I will definitely be back!

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Fort Worth TCU for a business trip with our small family, and it truly exceeded the expectations for this level of hotel. We booked a suite and were blown away by the size; it featured beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, a large bar area with a sink, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave. The main bed was incredibly comfortable, though it is worth noting the sofa bed was a bit lower quality than the rest of the room's high standards.

The breakfast was a cut above what you usually find at Hyatt Place, but the true highlight was the service. After an issue with dining options, the General Manager, Pam, stepped in personally. She went above and beyond to resolve the situation and made us feel truly valued as Hyatt loyalists. Her leadership clearly sets this property apart. I want to also mention Callie, who was delightful in her hospitality as well. Highly recommended!

Great experience, Lot 12 is fun. Close to campus. stop forcing people to leave a certain amount of characters, you should be happy people are willing to leave feedback period.

It's a great location, but you'll have to pay an extra $20 per night for parking, which isn't already included in the room rate. Also, if you book through Expedia like me, free continental breakfast won't be included with your room. We were still happy with our stay nonetheless.

Greatest hotel experience I've had in years! Wonderful staff and nice rooms. The bar on the roof is amazing. It's the perfect location if you you have a child at TCU. You're on campus and can spend the extra Hyatt $$ because you do not need a rental car.

Best hotel near TCU for sure! Lot12 is awesome and Chloe at the front desk is AMAZING! Convenient, close, and great service. Definitely stay here!
