Extremely friendly and helpful staff, while still professional, and ideal location. Would absolutely stay here again even though pricey for the area.

Cons:

Breakfast was not to my taste. Pastry bread was stale and “fresh” berries were still frozen, but it was adequate overall.

The staff was fantastic. Polite. Friendly. Gracious. Helpful. It could not have been any better.

The lady who welcomed us at check-in was perfect and Nessa who ran the breakfast bar was a shining example of what good people and customer service is all about. Thank you both!!!!!!

I booked the wrong Hyatt location and asked for a refund because had to book a diffemt location up the road, I never received anything so i paid for two hotels during the same time.
