Disappointing
Pros:

Location, view

Cons:

Bathroom smelled very bad since the second I entered, tried to complain but nothing happened, I had a BB confirmed reservation but both days I was stopped in the restaurant because their sheet shows I have to pay, I had to go back to the reception every time to solve it, mattress and pillows are old and not comfortable, breakfast items were very basic .

A fost ok per total.
Pros:

Ne-a plăcut la cazare ca ne-au oferit camera la etajul 11 și am avut o priveliște super frumoasă. Personalul foarte amabil, mereu săritori să ne ajute cu tot ce am avut nevoie.

Cons:

Ce nu ne-a plăcut a fost ca, pernele nu-s așa comode, a fost cam frig în cameră deoarece ușa de la balcon nu se închidea super bine și a trebuit să stăm cu aerul condiționat pornit pentru a fii cald. Restaurantul are o mâncare de nota 6, în schimb prețurile sunt foarte mari, meniul nu e diversificat, am fost nevoiți să mâncăm o dată la hotel și nu am fost încântați

Gute und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitern am empfang .

Cons:

Frühstück war schlecht und eine von Mitarbeitenden von Speisesaal war sehr unfreundlich.

الفندق يصلح للاستجمام والهدوء
Pros:

الفندق جميل وهادي والموقع ممتاز وقريب من محطة المترو
مناسب للسعر وتوجد في الاستقبال موظفة من جنسية صوماليه تتكلم بالعربي والإنجليزية متعاونه وخدومه ويظن موظف تركي اسمه محمد متعاون ايضاً

Cons:

لوحظ وجود تلاعب في الأسعار داخل مطعم الفندق، حيث يتم مضاعفة السعر في حال عدم إتقان الزبون للغة، بالإضافة إلى وجود تغيير في المبلغ أثناء الدفع عبر البطاقة.

وهذا يُعد غشًا وتدليسًا واضحًا، وهو أمر غير مقبول قانونيًا ولا أخلاقيًا.

كما نُذكّر بأن:

أي مال يتم أخذه بهذه الطريقة يُعتبر مالًا حرامًا شرعًا، لأنه قائم على الغش والخداع

خصوصاً موظف مطعم لايحضرني اسمه
