Good hotel but staff need to be more focused on the job
Pros:

Good location, clean room , good breakfast, helpful staff

Cons:

I asked for top floor and sea view but i got lower floor and view of next hotel 😃then cleaner brough me a iron but not really wanted to clean the room so i had to say ok😃 free parking wich is fine but an idiot with rent a car parked so close to my car so i couldnt get in and door was sctatched. 🤬Not sure what parking staff was doing if not looking when vehicle is not parked properly

Pros:

Good value for money, close to restaurants especially to Fişekhane. I got an upgrade to a bigger room with a great sea view and balcony but the airco was not working so I moved to a smaller room - also fine. The hotel is a bit older but they are trying to renovate it, the staff is very helpful.

Cons:

The airco not working was a bit annoying.

The location and the view were both great, exceeding my expectations.
Pros:

A big thank you to Mr. Hasan, Mr. Boran, and Mr. Zero. They were incredibly patient in listening to my concerns and requests, and they did their very best to help me resolve the issues I encountered. I truly appreciated their professionalism, patience, and willingness to help.

The entire hotel team is very well trained, friendly, polite, and professional. My room had an absolutely beautiful view of the sea — honestly, I could have stayed in the room all day just enjoying the scenery.

The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options and great taste.

Most importantly, the warm service from the staff made my stay in Istanbul even better than I expected and left me with some wonderful memories. Thank you again to the whole team for making my trip so special.

I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul.

A great management with old and worn-out property
Pros:

Excellent management, specifically Mr. Mohammed Zahid in reception and Ms.Halimah in customer service, in which they acted immediately to solve the cleanliness issues I faced in the first room and the 2nd room, both of them were professional and helpful.
Also the location was Excellent sea front and near so many attractions

Cons:

Very old property, with a lot of insects coming out of wooden decorations? and water leakage from the bathroom shower to the room carpet ?
