Good hotel good fascilities and no hassle service
Pros:

Property is located a 10-15 min walk to the metro. The location feels safe and the staff are friendly and attentive. We needed to arrive back from a festival at 03:30AM and the front door was manned and felt safe. Breakfast is simple but well stocked and varied with cereals toast, various pastries scrambled eggs sausage mushrooms beans and mixed vegetables. Fruit yoghurt, coffees and juices all available. No issues at all during stay.

Cons:

The deluxe room for 3 was a little compact but it had a balcony and was clean and the air conditioning worked well

Pros:

The AC worked fine and really helped in the heat wave days. Not much noise from the outside. Simple room, TV works fine, we used it during the stay. Grocery store and some restaurants nearby. The breakfast is good.

Cons:

The room is really small, it was hard even to find a place for our luggage. Cleaning was not good on the first day, they fixed it in the second day, but could be better in general. We asked if it was OK to have a breakfast bag for 2 days, the staff said it was OK, but forgot prepare it in the first day, and on the second day asked us to prepare it ourselves (we were running late but grabbed something quickly).

Pros:

La relación calidad- precio. Hay un problema y es que se encuentra en la línea de aterrizaje del aeropuerto, con lo cual tienes toda la noche aproximaciones a pista de todos los vuelos, que te meten ruido "extra". Lo bueno es que el hotel te provee de tapones para los oídos. Está cómodo para llegar desde fuera de Lisboa, se puede aparcar bien en zonas libres de pago. El desayuno completo, con variedad de fruta fresca y panes variados. Las infusiones, de mala calidad.

Cons:

El ruido de los aviones, toda la noche.

Muy bien para pasar un par de días
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy limpia, la recepcionista muy amable y nos ayudó en todas las preguntas que teníamos.

Cons:

Es un poco pequeña la habitación, un poco ruidoso, pero no por los aviones que están pasando, sino por que está pegado pared con pared a la habitación de al lado… entonces se escucha absolutamente todo.
