Olaf is the best!
Pros:

I booked the apartment for a work trip, I had some complications with my travel and was stuck in the airport overnight, the whole time I was stuck I had Olaf checking with me, he even went above and beyond to procure groceries and store them for me in the apartment, and even offered to pick me up from an alternative airport I had planned on going to! In the end, I had to return back to the US, but I will never forget the support and gestures Olaf did, and I will definitely stay there again in future work travel to Singen! Kudos to Olaf :)

wohlfühl Ort
Pros:

die Wohnung ist sehr geräumigt und gut aufgeteilt. es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Einchecken geht schnell und problemslo mit Handy Einweisung. Die Lage ist sehr gut fußläufig zum Bahnhof, Innenstadt, Cano Center, Busbahnhof. Vor der Türe fährt auch der Bus zum Bahnhof. Bäcker und alles was benötigt ist in der Nähe entweder Innenstadt oder beim EDEKA - links rum aus dem Haus.
Wir waren zur Ausstellung meiner Bilder dort im Cano Center ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Wohlfühlen und Genießen.

Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet einen sehr guten Komfort.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Perfekt ausgestattet. Modernes Design. Sehr komfortabel. Freundlicher Kontakt. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Schade ist , dass bei dieser Art von Appartements/Ferienwohnungen keine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln wie Pfeffer , Salz, Essig, Öl , Zucker oder Milch vorhanden ist. Insbesondere für Bahnreisende ein mehr Aufwand.

Eine klasse Woche hier verlebt.
Pros:

Industrie- und Arbeiterstadt Singenn - nie hätte ich gedacht, dass man von dort aus so klasse Tagesausflüge unternehmen kann. Durch den nahegelegen Bahnhof fuhren wir gratis mit Bus oder Zug nach Radolfzell und Konstanz. Für kleines Geld sogar bis nach Zürich und zurück, einfach toll!
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, der Balkon auch. Unseren Wagen parkten wir in nahegelegenen Parkhaus.

Cons:

Eine funktionierende Klimaanlage befindet sich im Wohnzimmer. Leider fehlt sie im Schlafzimmer. Die Gardinen sind durchsichtig und die Aussenjalousien verdunkeln nicht gut. Da hätte ich gern Verdunkelungsgardinen o.ä. gehabt.
