I didn't like anything about the hostel

Working slow

During check-in, they told me my room was fully booked and I had to pay extra to get a new room. They also didn't give me the key to the room, so the room can't be locked. And to get back your cash deposit, you have to wait until 9 a.m. for the staff to arrive.

Scammer

service very bad. asking me extra money to pay for late check in, terrible toilet , everything terrible, better close your business lah

We ask room but here no have. Room

This owner property is scam, I booking with online booking.com with price RM13.50 but when checkin time I want pay cash to the owner but he ask me to pay himRM20.00 . He ask me pay extra RM6.50 and try to cheat me. He make excuse and stupid reason. He told me that booking.com is problem because make a very cheap price so He need to charge me extra so the total will be RM20.00. I don't have any option if I cancel my online booking then I will be charge RM10.00 from property .Then I just pay him cash RM20.00 and deposit RM50. After I going up to my room and then I notice that he still not update my checkin in apps. So I call the owner but Now he ask me to cancel my online booking in apps. Now He try to lie me again and he want make me get charge by cancel my booking. Then I force him to update in apps then he said ok. After 10minute I check my bank acc is -RM13.50 . I'm shock because now I already pay him for two time , one is by cash and another one is by online credit cad. I'm so angry and call him again but he give another stupid reason. He told me "that's why I ask u to cancel your booking" and he think l stupid and dont know about booking.com. I ask him to refund my money but he don't want and force me to extend the next day so my money will be cut from there. but I said I don't want extend just give me back my money. This property is all fake. The owner scam and the property is not same like what they show in apps. They not give me towel , not even provide body soap. No public bathroom they only have small dirty toilet. So I take shower in toilet use pipe. Room floor full of sand and so dirty. Fan not working so slow and can't move. This is the worsted property .Please guy becarefull with the owner because he will cheat lie u and take your money. For your info this owner is chinese and he is very rude. He always there help Receiption worker.
