Pros:

La posizione è sicuramente il punto to di forza di questo albergo, assolutamente vicina al centro e le altre zone raggiungibili facilmente con i mezzi. Un altro pu to a favore è la convenzione con il vicino parcheggio che è praticamente dietro l'angolo. La struttura è un po impersonale, anche al Chech-in, e non tutti sono capaci di comunicare. In particolar modo una ragazza molto posata che ci ha accolto ( dopo un po che eravamo li nella hall ad aspettare ), purtroppo non abbiamo sentito molta empatia da parte sua ma va bene cosi, a differenza sua il ragazzo moro che pur parlando solo portoghese è stato molto carino ed accomodante, soprattutto quando gli ho spiegato di avere problemi con la doccia. Abbiamo provato anche la colazione un giorno, questa non era molto fornita purtroppo ma le uova che ci ha preparato la cameriera erano buonissime. Una cosa che non ci è piaciuta è stata di trovare i balconi chiusi a chiave, mi ha fatto sentire come essere negli ospedali. Capisco che sia una struttura non fumatori ma avere un balcone e non potersi nemmeno affacciare è assurdo, li avete lasciateli usare.( ovviamente questo è solo un mio parere ). La camera è molto spaziosa e grande ma migliorerei il servizio wifi, non sempre ci permetteva la connessione. Inoltre, non ci è piaciuto che il lavabo fosse inserito esternamente al bagno, e avercelo praticamente in camera da letto, almeno ( come ho dovuto richiedere, ma non messo sempre ) mettere un tappeto a terra anche al lavabo per non fare un macello in camera. Le pulizie non erano un granché purtroppo, abbiamo notato che veniva fatto solo dove cade l occhio perche spesso trovavamo sporco, e anche il copriletto anche se sono vecchie macchie non è bello avere un copriletto macchiato sul letto. Per il resto arredata con molto gusto e provvista di tutto il necessario.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch. Personal ist überaus freundlich und die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen und haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt in der Umgebung des Hotels. Das Frühstück ist für 12€ völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Leider gab es nur eine sehr dünne Decke und eine dickere Decke zu dem Doppelbett. Die dicke Decke war schmutzig. Der Rest des Zimmers war jedoch sauber.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement dans Lisbonne.
Le lit n'était pas large mais de bonne qualité. Idem pour les oreillers.
La chambre était propre.
Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Il est efficace pour résoudre les problèmes.
Le petit déjeuner est un très bon rapport qualité/quantité/prix.

Cons:

Pour le prix, j'ai été déçue sur le fait que :

La salle de bains manque d'intimité si on n'est pas seul.

L'éclairage ne permet pas d'allumer une petite lumière sans déranger la personne qui accompagne si on se lève la nuit.

Plusieurs voyants lumineux (téléphone, détecteurs de fumée) clignotent, rendant un masque de nuit utile.

Il n'y a ni réfrigérateur, ni cafetière, ni bouilloire et très peu de rangements.

Et enfin, le plus dérangeant pour ma part, la chambre fait face à un bar-restaurant animé de minuit jusqu'à 4h du matin, avec un niveau sonore significatif — bouchons d'oreilles recommandés pour les dormeurs légers. L'isolation des chambres est vraiment à revoir.
