The location and hospitality were amazing. The ambience of the property definitely added to the experience.
There was some issue with the drainage of water in the bathroom of the river view room that we booked.
Rien
We ordered butter toats it was not eatable. Than we asked for fresh parathas and that was good, staff tried to accomodate. Owner sits with us and had breakfst with us and gave some good tips for our journey.
It is far off from the road so be prepared.
Decent. Situated alongside river. Within apple orchard. Neatly maintained. Food is good. Employees very cooperative and helpful.
Superb location within an Apple orchard. Definitely the best resort property anywhere around Sangla. The fact that it is right next to the flowing Baspa river, surrounded by towering snowcapped mountains, the sights are simply breathtaking sitting in the open patios next to our room. The evening bonfire for all the guests to meet up was a unique experience. We did get to meet many interesting people. We stayed in the main building, with a lovely room with a sit-out. The bed had electric warmers which was truly comfortable. And good hot water available at all times. We were impressed with the quality and variety of food on offer, and the resort definitely provides the atmosphere to enjoy every meal in the true lap of nature.
The staff impressed us with their efficient and professional approach, as well as always service with a smile. Overall truly a very memorable experience of our stay at a very well managed resort in the middle of nowhere.
The final 20 odd kilometres of bad road to the resort, once done, would make the resort a superb choice in Sangla.
Location
Rat in the room and since the hotel was empty we could have been given a balcony room .
The location, staff, rooms and other facilities..it's a beautiful property.
The price of the food being served in the cafe was a bit on the higher side, considering the quantity.
The beautiful wooden cottage inside the apple orchard, nicely maintained and manicured garden and walking pavements, surrounded by snow capped mountains and flowing Baspa river in Batseri , is a heaven on earth 😁
Shower in the bathroom and water flow!
location
access to the property is not good
There were a lot of nice things about this stay. The location was beautiful, surrounded by apple trees and mountains. The food was good as well (although the brownies and cheesecake weren't worth it). Our room was a very good size, and the bed was so comfortable.
It was frustrating that, after spending so much money for the room, the shower was extremely disappointing. The water pressure was incredibly weak, and since the bathroom itself was cold, it wasn't a very refreshing experience. In addition, the balcony from the room wasn't private, so leaving the curtains open was a risk that anyone could look in. Also, they charged us incorrectly for our food, but since the person who gave us the bill didn't speak very good English, we weren't able to contest the charges. It was a small amount, but still.
