The insure of Water
The WiFi connection is poor. There is no hot water and the bath tub didn’t have a stopper/plug and the lady at the reception said it’s not her problem.

The floors weren’t clean, air-con does not work. My room had hot water problems

Restaurant service
My stay was for Nov 10 & 11. For a room with 2 indivial beds. When we got to the hotel, we were told that they ran out of rooms with 2 beds, but that we could have 2 separate rooms for the same price, but the rooms were on the 2nd floor with no elevator. I agreed in spite of the fact that I am 85 years old, and cliaming a double staircase was something I
was not looking forward to.
I conquered the staircase, and everything was OK. When I got home and contacted my credit card to see my account charges, Serurubele was charging double for the rooms. I told the credit card that was wrong, and I
was disputing those charges.
Nothing was either exceptional or bad.

Alle Sanitären Einrichtungen funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Türen werden mit einer Karte geöffnet, respektive geschlossen.
Das Restaurant im Hotelgelände bereitet ein schmackhaftes Frühstück à la carte.
