Pros:

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. It's a sweet and charming hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and of good quality.

Pros:

We stayed at a cute boutique hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. They were very attentive. The location is also great, within walking distance of Taksim Square.

Sve je bilo savršeno! Lokacija odlična, osoblje ljubazno i uvijek na raspolaganju. Soba čista, udobna i prostrana. Doručak raznovrstan i ukusan. Svakako bih ponovo došao i preporučujem svima.

awesome stay
Pros:

we booked the room with balcony, the room is large with double bed and single bed, a room for 3.
the room is clean, the facility is great, the balcony is not that clean which is understandable. the room is on the 3rd floor, there are no elevator only stairs, since I come with my mom, the receptionist ask me if I want to change the room in the first floor, considering maybe it's too hard for my mom to go upstairs, the receptionist is so nice, but we refuse, since we want the room with balcony. They also help us to carry the luggage to 3rd floor

Cons:

we stay for 3 days but there are no housekeeping offer to clean our room during 3 day stays, no water bottle refill and also changing towel. Also the stairs is very narrow, it's quiet scary to go up or down using the stairs.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, la zona es tranquila durante la noche y está muy muy cerca del metro y la zona de restaurantes.

Cons:

Las habitaciones eran muy chicas, bastante precarias (el colchón estaba como vencido de un lado) el baño es muy chico, estaba limpio pero desgastado. En general estaba todo soportable pero en malas condiciones.

La ubicación es buena a pasos de la plaza Taksim...con muchos comercios y restaurantes cercanos

Cons:

Las instalaciones... No informan que el acceso a las habitaciones es a través de una escalera de caracol estrecha.. muy difícil subirlas... Y conmigo iba una persona de la 3ra edad... Fue un sacrifico para ella subir y bajar esas escaleras...

El último día estuve sin agua en el baño.. al parecer por una falla en el sector... El hotel no cuenta con reserva de agua para las habitaciones... Hice Chek-out... Y aún no había agua en el baño... Tuve que optar por comparar agua en botellas para poder ducharme..

Номер воняет, персонал ужасный, не советую !
Pros:

Ничего. Забронировал номер большой и просторный с балконом, дали мелкий номер без балкона. После моего возмущения переселили в соседний отель где комната была маленькая но с балконом, сказали другие номера не убраны. Несколько дней до приезда и во время моего пребывания не было воды , персонал не удосужился даже воду в бутылках предоставить, полное безразличие персонала. Так как забронировал за пару дней они не сообщили о проблемах с водой в отеле, Booking стоило бы о таких важных вещах сообщать, сидеть и молиться в отеле чтобы дали воду такое себе удовольствие. Бываю в Стамбуле несколько раз в год на протяжении долгих лет и этот отель и персонал худшие из всех! Номера пыльные, неухоженные. Из душевой воняет так как будто в трубах что то разлагается. Номер на двоих но набор полотенец был на одного человека.

Cons:

Все не понравилось . Персонал ужасный , таких нанимать на работу это портить себе репутацию. Местоположение отличное, Таксим очень люблю и отель находится в очень удобном месте .

Pros:

صبحانه که نداشت حتی ۱لیوان آب هم ب من ندادند

هیچ چیز چشم گیری نداشت
فقط اینکه تو خیابون نمونی
همینقدر بود

از کوچه اش
تاکسی تا جلو در هتل نمیتونه بره
برای برگشت هم هیچ تاکسی قبول نمیکنه بیاد اونجا
باید کلی راه با چمدون بری تا تاکسی پیدا کنی
