Nettes Hotel an guter Lage zum Flughafen
Pros:

Sehr hübsches, kleines Hotel an guter Lage, Nähe Flughafen. Nettes Personal, kleine aber feine Zimmer mit allem was es braucht.

Cons:

In der Kaffeemaschine war noch Wasser und im Abfalleimer gebrauchte Kaffeekapseln, sonst aber alles tipp topp sauber.

Der Mitarbeiter der an dem Tag bevor check out nachtschicht gearbeitet hat hat uns mega angeschrien und beleidigt , wir haben für 2 gebucht und wollten uns verabschieden von den Gästen wren dann kurz zu 4t kamen leise aber der verhalten von dem Herr war 0 die Dame da war sagte sogar er soll so nicht reden . Schauen sie ihre Camera an .

Pros:

카펫 바닥이 고급스러워 보이고 방도 넓어서 편안했어요.
주택가에 있어서 조용하기도 했구요.

Cons:

티비 리모컨 작동이 안 되었는데.. 밧데르 교체가 안되서.. 저녁에 좀 심심했네요...
호텔 컨디션에 비해 아침도 굉장히 간소했구요 ^^

Nice and cosy Hotel in Zurich Suburbs.
Pros:

- Room size, facilities and overall quality.
- The property is in great condition.
- the receptionist lady is so nice, polite and helpful.

Cons:

Shortage of Breakfast items!
We were there for 2 days and both days they ran out of bread, cheese, ham, bacon, etc. before 9:30 and recharged very slowly (some items not at all!)
And this didn't happen in a rush. Maybe just 4-5 tables occupied...
Management need to reconsider thdir method of supply and replenishment of food for breakfast.

Pour une nuit, l’hôtel était acceptable, mais ce n’était pas ce à quoi nous nous attendions
Pros:

La chambre était propre et spacieuse malgré la moquette qui recouvrait le sol. Le lit était confortable cependant nous trouvons dommage que celui ci soit séparé malgré la réservation d’un lit double une pièce.

La salle de bain était sans grande particularité, munie de linges propre. Il manquait cependant quelque aménagement tel que des verres ainsi qu’un tapis de douche.

Cons:

L’homme manquait, selon nous, de professionnalisme cependant que la jeune femme semblait se préoccuper de notre bien-être.

Il y a des frais supplémentaires à payer lors du check-in. En plus du prix de la chambre, nous avons dû payer 25 CHF pour le parking. Ces informations ne sont pas suffisamment accessible avant la réservation.

Le manque de ventilation dans la chambre s’est fait ressentir : au réveil, elle était encore humide et chaude de la veille. Sans ouvrir les fenêtres la respiration devenait difficile. L’odeur était elle aussi désagréable

Le petit-déjeuner était simple, sans plus. Les aliments n’étaient pas frais.
Que ce soit le pain ou les croissants, ils avaient été décongelés puis cuits ; le pain était même resté congelé au centre.
La charcuterie n’était pas du jour. Bref…

La nuit dans cet hôtel ne valait pas le prix. Nous aurions pu choisir un établissement mieux situé, étoilée etc.
