La comodidad de las camas, la buena atención del personal, la ubicación. Limpieza.

También las toallas están muy chicas podría haber nuevas o más gruesas y grandes. Una colcha extra para pasar el frío ahora y botellas de agua, sólo había una, ya sé que es cortesía, pero en otros lugares me he topado con 2 botelitas. Aunque sí me solicitaron un taxi para poder moverme, sería más sencillo si tuvieran algún acuerdo con los taxis para que fuera más rápido tomarlo. Aunque es un lugar céntrico, muy temprano no pasan los taxis y por seguridad, es mejor que vayan hasta el hotel por ti. Fuera de eso todo super bien

El colchon de la cama no era colchon, es una colchoneta y parecía de piedra, no pudimos dormir y despertamos mas cansados y adoloridos qué cuando nos acostamos, el cuarto no tenía agua caliente, salí a recepción a decirles, les comente que llevaba 5 minutos la llave abierta y no salía agua caliente. La respuesta que me dio un tipo que estaba ahi: dejen la llave abierta otros 5 minutos

Quiet stay in busy historical city.
Pros:

Professional staff. Main receptionist spoke excellent english, very helpful. Location is good, near ADO, mercado and edge of walking district, 2 blocks from river. Great free breakfast.

Cons:

No good restaiurants nearby, need to walk, 4 blocks to bigger hotels fot decent dinner. Poor internet reception in my room.

NO Recomiendo
Cons:

El servicio de la recepción que desde el principio mencionó que todo lo hace él. En el desayuno incluido que decía huevos al gusto, resultó al gusto del cocinero porque decía que no tenía tiempo. Observé el tacto al hablar también con otros clientes y no me agradó la sonrisa sarcástica al momento de plantearle alguna situación.
