Solo la ubicación
Nulo trato amable, falta de limpieza en habitación y elevadores, así como el trato del personal hacia el cliente
Todo perfecto, solo que siento que podrían mejorar un poco mas la cama... y la atencion por wasap ya que les pedí información y nunca contestaron por wasap el hotel...
No me gusto que no tienen atencion por wasap, aparte de que no me dieron la clave wifi 5g, y si les preguntaba por whasap no me respondían...
La ubicación, el personal muy atentos, la Alberca limpia y de buena dimensión, el clima enfría Sabroso y el Internet muy bien le doy 9/10
Los Muebles de la Habitación están rotos deteriorados y solo hay una sola silla en habitación de 2 personas, Los muebles del Lobby estan manchados dan mal aspectos parecieran qué se mancharon de popó y da pendiente sentarse desgraciadamente como estamos frente al Bulevard no faltan los briagos qué ponen su música a todo volumen y se escucha aún cerrando las ventanas y para todo a las 4 o 5 de la mañana y no descansa uno como quisiéramos mi humilde opinión
