La cercanía al mar y a puntos para dar recorridos caminando cerca del malecón

Al momento de ir a recepción la señorita encargada nos menciono que no funcionaban los climas de las habitaciones, mencionando que si quería me podrían reubicar en otros hoteles que quedaban más retirados para nuestra comodidad, o que hiciera mi cancelación de la reserva que había hecho días previos
Decidimos quedarnos en el hotel debido a que la cancelación en esta aplicación me cobraban lo de la noche reservada, nos proporcionaron un ventilador
También, la vez pasada que me hospede, en su restaurante me gusto el desayuno, a comparación de esta última vez, no tenía sabor su comida

A la habitación le hacen falta mantenimiento, el clima no enfriaba, estaba sucio el clima, el baño se sentía el olor del caño, las camas no eran cómodas y si les hace falta que remodelen.

QUE HUBO FUMADORES DE TABACO Y TAMBIEN DE MARIHUANA. Y ME INCOMODO MUCHO ESTANDO EN LA TERRAZA. TANTO EN LA NOCHE, COMO EN LA MAÑANA. Y QUE MAL PORQUE NO DISFRUTE LA TERRAZA POR EL PRECIO DE HABITACION QUE PAGUE. DEBERIAN PROHIBIR FUMAR AL 100 PORCIENTO EN TODO EL HOTEL.

Me gustó la ubicación está muy cerca del mar aunque reserve sin revisar que no tenía la vista al mar estuvo bastante bien
La atención en parte fue lo que me dejó un poco que desear
Ya que todo mundo andaba de mala cara
Osea yo entiendo que no les pagan por sonreír
Pero tener una mejor disponibilidad de servicio sería un poco mejor
