Pool closed, no drinks, hair in bedroom and bathroom, questionable clientele, cockroaches, breakfast was cold
The lady at reception was very pleasant
Avoid this hotel! Had the feeling of hotel that was once nice and has deteoriated a lot. The hotel is grubby with questionable clientele. The website is false advertising at its best! Says there is a rooftop pool and 2 bars, but all were "broken" so not a single drink to be had in a 33 storey hotel. This should be communicated at booking or at very least at check-in. Location not convenient to city.
Nothing as such . Not upto the brand name .
The reception was lousie . In the room there was no facility for washing machine . They asked 400000 extra for kitchen uses . Building was old and location was off. No staff to help with luggage . Breakfast has no variety , set menu that too no vegan dish only beef and pork . Over all stay was disappointing . Infinity pool for which ramada charged was not working .
Not as advertised at all - no food available unless the reception does an order and no bar available. Breakfast was horrendous. Nothing like as advertised - we ended up getting a partial refund. Avoid at all costs. We moved hotels and had a much better service

The facilities (Gym & indoor pool) not many of the electric exercise machines in the gym weren't working properly. The pool was cold, it was advertized a a heated pool.

The swimming pool is always under construction.
The breakfast was not a buffet breakfast and they made us choose a dish and it was served cold.
The suite we had was good but it could of been cleaned better.
We were told after check in that there was no food available, even room service due to a party. We would not have checked in if we were told this before hand.
Staff can't speak English very well and didn't want to help with anything even getting them to call a taxi seemed like it was too hard.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with all necessities. Although we did ask for extra cups and they had to fix the safes twice. The location was not really an issue - grabs were easy and there were a few things to do on that side of the bridge
It was really a serviced apartment building that had spare rooms for short term stays. The staff could not help with tours or information, but were very pleasant. The breakfast was very average and was only really a convenience. While there were 2 pools neither allowed opportunities to unwind around the pool - no drinks etc allowed
Not much breakfast option for vegetarians !
