Amazing, beautiful property! Fantastic food, gorgeous pool! Can't wait to go back.

What an excellent staycation, we cannot wait to return. It was a very smooth check in process, and the suite that we were given was huge, and very well equipped. The pillows were wonderful, the towels were thick, and there were more coffee pods than we could have ever used! Wow. It was such a quiet atmosphere, it truly felt like we were on vacation. Absolutely wonderful stay. Thank you.

Amazing hotel with beautiful amenities and exceptional service.

This looked like a nice place to stay, and I certainly would have expected it to be nice for $1200 per night. Unfortunately one member of my travel party couldn’t find his passport so I had to cancel my trip about 24 hours prior to leaving. No one at Club Suites answered the phone when I called. No one answered when an agent from Expedia called either. Responsiveness continued to be a problem over the following several weeks. Ultimately Club Suites declined to offer any kind of refund or future credit at all, so there went $6500 down the drain. Don’t book here if you expect them to have any flexibility if something goes wrong with your trip.

We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s birthday, it was quiet and nice , the staff was super nice , Fabiola even helped us to unload the car and made sure we were very comfortable before she left, even checked on us the day after, we would definitely come back

My rental was gorgeous! It was the most beautiful space that I have ever stayed in. Pure luxury! Everything was top notch; the appliances were Thermodor- over sized stainless steel fridge/freezer, dishwasher, (2) ovens, and microwave. The kitchen was fully furnished as well. They even had the top of the line Nespresso machine! The washer and dryer were top of the line as well!
All furnishings were very elegant and modern. All bathrooms were simply gorgeous! They had fluffy robes to wear as well! The unit looked right out to the endless lap pool and the ocean. The unit also provided all toiletries, cleaning products, detergent, etc… I can’t say enough about the property and staff. It was wonderful and I hated to leave! Oh.. they also have a shuttle available!!
I hope to be back next year!!!

Gorgeous luxury resort

5 star accommodations for sure! Very relaxing and offered everything we needed. The concierge service was excellent. Comfortable beds, and furniture inside and out; well stocked kitchen for cooking, beautiful appliances, great ventilation for cool or warm needs. My only recommendation would be water shoes for walking near or around the beach, especially for little kids, sharp rocks and seashells near the shore. This also made the beaches gorgeous and snorkeling very fun! Gift shop and tiki bar around the corner. So lovely, cant wait to go back!

Rum Point is a nice, quiet area of Grand Cayman with amazing snorkeling. The Club Suites at Rum Point is a newer building in the area…. Very clean with high end appliances and comfy beds. The beach and pool area is very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again! Our host even helped us schedule some of our excursions and was quick to answer any questions! I’m already missing drinking my coffee on the dock and watching the sea turtles every morning!

Not much to do and no one really had a clue about the area when we asked. Nice place to rent but boring vibes.

Very relaxing property. Clean and comfortable. The unit was well stocked. Tons of towels and all the essential kitchen tools. Nice appliances and comfy beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is amazing, but I like the rocky beaches and tide pooling. Snorkeling and water activities, once you get past the extremely rocky shore is Awesome.

Beautiful and clean

Beautiful property and wonderful staff! The only thing I didn't like is that They were limited on supplies when it came to food and beverages but other than that very family friendly, quiet and safe. Will definitely be back
