Pros:

Zimmer echt in Ordnung,Essen war sehr gut (überschaubar aber sehr gut)Personal sehr freundlich Wellness klein aber fein.

Cons:

Leider kein Balkon und kein Raucher Platz beim Pool.Vielleicht könnte man ein kleines Eckerl für Raucher machen.

Pros:

Das Personal bis auf die erste Empfangsdame waren sehr freundlich

Cons:

Wir hatten 3 Tage lang kein warmes Wasser am Zimmer zum duschen. Es gab keine vegetarische Alternative beim Abendessen und Frühstück. Das Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne verdient

Das einzig wirklich positive war, dass das Zimmer relativ sauber war, und das Restaurant sehr schön! Die junge Dame an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich!

Cons:

Im Badezimmer gab es fast keine Abstellmöglichkeiten, für die Klimaanlage keine Fernbedienung. Und für unsere Verhältnisse bzw. für ein 4* Hotel war das Essen wirklich zu dürftig. 3 oder 4 Hauptspeisen am Abend, mit Essensunverträglichkeit bleibt Reis und Gemüse.....am 2. Tag gab es Fleisch Natur.... so trocken, fast nicht zu schneiden. Ausserdem, Abendessen war bis 21,00 Uhr- angeblich! - Um 20,30 Uhr war es finster und das Essen weggeräumt! Und um 21,02 (!!) Uhr bekamen wir mit Müh und Not noch EIN Getränk! Das Frühstück war auch nicht der Burner, aufgebackene Semmeln ... und das hier in Savar, wo es an vielen Ecken so gute Bäckereien gibt! Der Pool war auch nicht wirklich benutzbar, eiskalt, trotz 30 Grad Außentemperatur und schmutzig! Preis-Leistung passen hier wirklich überhaupt nicht! Ich habe noch nie eine Unterkunft so schlecht bewertet, aber hier stimmt wirklich vieles nicht.

Empfang und Repzesion immer freundlich, zentrale Lage

Cons:

Pool Bereich nur einen Sonnenschirm lieg nur in praller Sonne ☀️ 4 Sternehotel ist das niemals. Ab 21 Uhr keine Ausschank mehr wie Kaffee oder Bier, Wein usw. Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahl

Pros:

The location is nice. You can walk around the town easily.

Cons:

It is very expensive for what you get: a very old room, the shower has been there for 30 years with mold in it, and the mini fridge in the room isn't working. Everything is old and ugly. 200 USD per night for this feels like a scam.

Zentrale Lage und Klima im Zimmer. Personal bei der Repzesion sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Kellner gehen Rauchen nach draußen während den Abendessen. Kann man keine Getränke bestellen. Bei manche Kellnern ist ab 21 Uhr alles zu gibt keine Getränke mehr. Nur Automaten für ein 4 Sternhotel sehr schlecht . 1 Sonnenschirm im Poolbereich bei diesen Sommer keinen Schattenplatz. Menü und Frühstück für ein 4 Sternhotel bedürftig

Szép az egész hotel, és kedves volt a személyzet is.
Pros:

Jártam már a hotelben akkor is tetszett, és most sem csalodtam szoba jó volt wellness részleg is tetszik hogy ki lehet menni az arborétumba, jó helyen van és könnyen elérhető minden.

Chybi minibar, nefungovala klimatizace, fitness znamena rotoped nic vic. Jedna finska sauna rozbita nesli zavrit dvere, dalsi nedungovala. Jestli tomu se rika welnes tak asi ne. Snidane nepestre, vecere obrovske. Neochota a neznalost personalu

- Kousek od centra,
- Čistota hotelu,
- Prostorné pokoje a koupelna,
- Každý den jiné a velmi bohaté večeře,
- Milý personál,
- Bazén

Cons:

- Slabší snídaně, chybělo více zeleniny, ovoce, nějaké jogurty... převládaly klobásy a párky na x způsobů,
- Restaurace zavírala ve 21h a poté nebyla možnost si zakoupit žádný alkohol ani z automatu, jen nealko a nějaká malá pálenka...
- Klimatizace na pokoji fungovala a nefungovala, nedala se seřídit,
- Blízko hlavní silnice, hluk
