Fantastic stay as always. I'm easy. Just need hot water in the shower, clean and comfy room.
Pros:

On the question about safety, I have to add that security is top notch as this is within a university suburb and there are many university students staying at this venue as well.

Cons:

No electric kettle or hair dryer, but these are small matters one has to adjust to. It's just to inform others that these are not available in the rooms.

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Water pressure is very low
Parking - have to paid and far
Staf - lack of knowledge
Breakfast - paid but cant have it because staf not inform properly
Receipt - cant provide proper one- just print the card charge. this is stupid- everyone have it already
