Staff were somewhat helpful

Cons:

They have serious issues with leaky air conditioning. Within 2 days was moved to 4 different rooms, the first 3 affected by leaky air conditioning and subsequently mould infestation. By then I booked another accommodation to spend my remaining days in KL. A partial refund was denied multiple times even though it was supposedly possible after paying a small penalty.
