Pros:

Good value for money. Clean and located at a good place.

Cons:

Car park is provided but customers have to pay for the parking. It’s not included in the package even though we stayed at the hotel. Wifi at my room (the last room at level 5) wasn’t working well. Could connect to the wifi for few minutes but it got disconnected after that.

The sheets had some stains and the towel had some discoloring. I was given an OKU room instead of the room which I booked which does not have a table so I could not do my work

Comfortable. Affordable. Clean. Decent wifi. Ample parking if you drive.
Pros:

Convenient location to SS2 for dinner. I'm a long time guest monthly. I have no complaints and this is a lovely and comfortable hotel. There's a nice convenience store downstairs. You can get good breakfast choices on the 2nd floor.

Cons:

The water dispenser machine didn't work on my 6th floor this time. The hot water was not hot.
