Cons:

1. Very noisy (Beside my room got an area for rest and relax with lazy chairs. One girl was sitting on the sofa and talking over the phone for hours, it made me unable to sleep till 11.30pm. I came out and requested to reduce her volume. A lot of noise by the students chit chatting and celebrating birthdays till 12.30 midnight. I was exhausted with exams and lack of sleep for a few days. Seriously, I booked the stay here to sleep after the exam. But, really irritating.

I have to call the receptionist to inform them to stop making noise

2. The sink in the toilet is always clogged. The toilet flush is having problems.

3. People are not always at the counter. You have to wait. I couldn't find any bell to alert them.

4. The parking is outside the building whereby we have to pay. Anyway, there is no pathway to pass by with luggage. You have to carry your luggage on the staircase.

It's a great place to stay in. The reception is wonderful with seamless check in and checkout.
