Great location, all the personal was excellent and the front desk was very helpful!
Pros:

Everything was almost perfect except for the miss function of the air conditioner twice.
Other than that everything was very good.

Cons:

Excellent front desk services.
Flexible, very clean and helpful.

Nice local hotel with lovely staff and good location
Pros:

Hotel was an old villa with small, street level reception area-great staff. My room was comfy and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Small breakfast room or delivered to your room which was my option. Very adequate breakfast with good coffee

Shower was slippery

Very good rooms and very friendly staff
Pros:

Very spacious room and very clean! The staff was excellent,very kind and friendly, from reception to the cleaning! The location is perfect!

Cons:

Overall excellent! Maybe an improvement at the breakfast but it was satisfying

Instalações novas em folha pertinho do centro histórico de Zagreb.
Pros:

Localização privilegiada. Conseguimos passear a pé por todo centro histórico.

Cons:

Experimentamos o café da manhã um dia apenas. Estava bom mas nem repetimos no dia seguinte.

Great hotel option for Zagreb
Pros:

The room was very nice, clean and beds were very comfortable. The room was ready when we arrived and so we were allowed into the room early which we really appreciated. I thought the hotel might be a little outside the main Centre but it’s really very close to everything, only a 10minutes walk to the very Centre.

Cons:

Regular milk could be provided for the English breakfast tea provided.
