A beautiful heritage stay that felt personal, warm, and truly like a home away from home
Pros:

I really loved how personalized everything felt, the hotel truly gives you a home-away-from-home feeling. The staff is incredibly sweet, warm, and welcoming, which made the whole stay even more special.

4 nights in Zagreb.
Pros:

Very good location - walking distance to the centre.
Very clean room with a lot of amenities.
Helpful staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was served in the room but the room didn't have space to allocate this, so we were eating on the bed. And there was only one tray for two people so one of us had to eat only from a plate. The breakfast had relatively few choices, many of which were not fresh (Marmalade, honey, cream cheese were in packages - the honey was 'sugared' so it could not be used). Maybe avoiding having the breakfast option in this hotel, because otherwise, the room was good.

In regards the hotel as a building, the exterior needs some renovation works (the hotel is part of a larger building complex).

Pros:

great hotel, the room was very big, the bathroom was amazing- so big and clean, everything looks good and new.
the loby is a bit small and there are a few stairs to go up before the elevator which was hard with the siutcase but overall very good hotel, amazing location and amazing rooms.

Πολυτελές και μοντέρνο ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πόλης. Φροντισμένοι χώροι και υψηλό επίπεδο καθαριότητας.

Cons:

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and the location is great - close to the city center and easy to get around. I would definitely choose this hotel again.
