Pros:

The staff were very friendly and professional, offering good insights to resturants and activities nearby. The hotel was a easy distance to old town and a quiet retreat from the hussle and bussle of the main area. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the space in the room and bathroom.

Good value comfortable room in good location
Pros:

Room was comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious with a good shower and double washbasins. Bed was large and comfortable and room did not feel cramped. Location was good in lower town within an easy walk of restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly

Cons:

Reception and public areas were very small so no real public areas, no bar area or lobby area which made the hotel feel impersonal and ‘empty’
Tea and coffee were provided but there was no decaff either in the room or in the coffee lounge.
