Muy mal atendido por el personal y tuvimos problemas con respecto al cambio de toallas diariamente, a lo que yo reclamé y a causa de eso, en un 1er momento me aclararon que tendría que pagar un adicional. Cómo no acepté, casualmente NOS CORTARON EL INTERNET 🛜 hasta el día siguiente. Nuevamente, hicimos los reclamos y finalmente hubo un cambio de actitud; nos volvió el internet 🛜 y nos dijeron que no nos cobrarían el adicional de las toallas y que las cambiarían todos los días. La persona que atiende el desayuno, tuvo un muy desagradable trato. No había buffet, sirven mezquinamente y poca variedad.

The location was excellent, Sant'Andrea is a small place and when we were there, early September, the majority of the visitors were locals enjoying a day at the beach.
There were few provisions in the room or bathroom.
Ideal für einen mehrtägigen Kurzaufenthalt ohne Spitzenansprüche. Zwei Minuten zum Strand und zu den wunderschönen Felsenklippen mit Badegelegenheit. Glasklares Wasser!! Das Hotel ist sauber, das Essen im Restaurant gut. Leider spricht man wenig englisch. Nahe der östlichsten Stadt Italiens, Otranto, mit wunderschöner kleiner Altstadt mit Hafen. In der Altstadt zwei Kirchen, sehr unterschiedlich, aber höchst sehenswert. Wir trauten unsern Augen nicht: im Hafen hat es Sandstrände, das Wasser wie in der Karibik.
It was nice to have a restaurant at the hotel. Nice area to take photos and swim in between rocks and cliffs. Staff very polite, kind and available.
