Children aged 15 or younger can only use the swimming pool on Saturday and Sunday (between 15:00 and 18:00). Le bruit de autoroute très fort et absence de informations complète sur NON accès au établissement de spa, piscine et santé à mes filles de 12 ans! This golf and leisure centre has a lodge with 17 rooms, situated near trees, nice and quiet in the evening. We had a standard room, which was quite warm, the window can only open a little way, but the bed was comfortable, there was quality coffee and tea in the room, and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Twice a day we went for a swim, sauna and jacuzzi, all spotlessly clean and not too busy. We had 2 evening meals in the bar that were fine, only complaint that the meals should have been hotter. Breakfast is freshly cooked and very tasty. All staff very friendly and kind

Location
The accommodation was appalling. We were provided with a non ventilated non airconditioned superior double room at the top of the house. It faced south. The temperature in the room was about 30C and it was humid. A small was useless. The management either would not or could not change our room. My wife and I are in our late 70s and the conditions were such that we were obliged to leave the intolerable conditions in the room the first night and left to travel home. We could not stay the second night of our booking and the management refused a refund. I would never stay there again. Dr & Mrs Michael Powers

We stayed for a birthday getaway which we were provided with a couple of free drinks and a birthday card which was an unexpected touch!
The property is beautiful hidden gem in Bournemouth town.
The swimming pool was lovely, with the jacuzzi and sauna being a nice touch. The club house dinner and breakfast was wonderful.
Super easy to park a car here, and that it is free to park was a wonderful bonus.
The staff were faultless and helped with a great experience before during and after visiting. Staff even assisted with returning a forgotten item in the room.

Staying in room 1 while being tall people was an adjustment not to hit your head on beams/doors but this was the only fault. The room was a lovely overall size.

The duvet tog was too heavy for the time of year would suggest a lighter tog for summer
