Wonderful stay at Class Hotel Bosphorus! The location is perfect, the staff are very welcoming and attentive, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Istanbul.
The bedroom booked online was not the same when I arrived. They gave a room on the basement the first night. I was desappointing. I canno t accept this kind of offer. For me, it s disrespectful. The owner must put the right pictures online or, better option, transform its basement into a fitness space.
Fortunately , they proposed me another room for the second and last night.

Kein Netz im Zimmer. Keine Ähnlichkeit mit den Fotos. Das Bett hat die ganze nacht bei jeder kleinen Bewegung gequietscht!
Nice and quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants and cafes are in walking distance from the hotel.
The staff were very impolite. No warm welcoming or appropriate goodbyes. They seemed irritated and like they didn't want us to be there.
We received two stained pillow covers at check in which were reported immediately. They didn't apologise for this and seemed angry upon returning the clean pillow covers. Other than that the hotel was filthy. There was a weave of blonde hair on top of the bathroom cabinets - this clearly shows that they are not doing top to bottom cleaning.
The breakfast is small and you have to ask for it at 9 AM, and then wait an additional 30 minutes to receive it. Save your time and go to one of the lovely places in Ortaköy - you will feel fuller and happier.
Other than that we also didn't receive our complimentary water upon checking in. There was an open 2 liter of water in the room. The guy in the reception said that might be from another guest... And was shocked to hear that we had not received any water. And the water pressure in the shower is terrible...
All in all a very poor experience. Stay away from there. If you decide to go tell them you don't want to stay in room 204.
The area was amazing with views and close to public transport and shops
The advertisement of a jacuzzi is false no jacuzzi on roof top.
Everything was perfect! I had a room with a jacuzzi and an amazing view — a little piece of paradise. The staff was absolutely wonderful, so kind and helpful. I’m so happy I chose this place and would definitely come back again!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, great location close to Ortakőy with many restaurants, shops and bars in neighborhood.
Walking back from Ortakőy impossible, uphill. Need to take taxi which is reasonable price in evening like TRL 300-500.
Die Unterkunft ist ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg von Ortaköy entfernt, man kann öffentlich alles sehr gut erreichen, was ein Pluspunkt ist. Außerdem ist das Hotel sauber und man fühlt sich wohl.
The hotel is really nice with nice hosts. We had a comfortable experience there.
The only issue with the property is the location which is quite high and will give you a climbing experience.
Das Jacuzzi und die Aussicht
Alles andere war schrecklich, wir waren 5 Tage dort. Das Service Personal, sehr schlecht… wenn wir zum Hotel zurück gekommen sind hat einer von den auf der Couch geschlafen. Die Lobby wurde nie gelüftet und es hatte einen eigenartigen Geruch. Die Zimmer wurden in den 5 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt, wir hatten nicht mal einen Mülleimer im Zimmer. Das Toilettenpapier war leer und die haben es nicht nach gefüllt erst nachdem wir es meinten haben die es erst am nächsten Tag gebracht. Handtücher wurden nur einmal gewechselt und das weil wir die darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben uns war eine Packung Erdnüsse runter gefallen, wir bräuchten einen Staubsauger haben es angesprochen damit wir es selber sauber machen können, daraufhin meinte der Typ von der Lobby es wird am nächsten Tag gemacht was aber nie passiert ist. Die haben uns ein zusätzliches Bett hingestellt (Klappbett) der immer wieder zu gegangen ist von alleine. Beim Checkout wurde nicht mal gefragt ob wir zufrieden gewesen waren, einfach Schlüssel abgegeben und raus weil die Lobby wirklich gestunken hat. Das Hotel ist sehr günstig, wir haben keine hohen Erwartungen gehabt, aber denn noch erwartet man einen Service weil man letztendlich dafür bezahlt hat, wenigstens das man täglich die Handtücher wechselt oder das man freundlich empfangen wird stattdessen schauen sie dich komisch an. Für die weiteren die es vorhaben zu buchen würde ich euch das lieber abraten. Zahlt lieber bisschen mehr.
There was no jacuzzi false advertisement
The size of the room is very good and it’s very helpful of staff and clean room,
They don’t have any supermarket nearby and you can’t go anywhere around the hotel by walk you have to get taxi,
I liked that it served its purpose. We had somewhere to stay and it was a 15 minute walk from the ferry in Ortakoy.
The loitering lads congregating outside the front door, smoking. The downstairs room, check-in / check-out area being used as a make shift bedroom and den by said lads. The fact that you had to pay for water and there was no form of drink with breakfast - no tea, coffee, juice or water - just the same repetitive cheese, bread, jam & salad each morning. Also, the towels felt like sandpaper.
