Bardzo ślisko dworca Oriente; nie ma czajnika ale jest ekspres do kawy- super- była herbata i kawa- nie wiem jak to jest przy dłuższym pobycie my byliśmy jedną noc. Super personel w recepcji. Miła niespodzianka w postaci powitalnego drinka.

Cons:

Brak jakiejkolwiek szafy czy szafki; są tylko wieszaki na zewnętrznych haczykach; słabo wyciszony; byłem na 14 piętrze - były piękne widoki ale coś cały czas huczało i buczało jakieś odgłosy maszyny - dobrze że byliśmy zmęczeni więc szybko usnęliśmy ale ten dźwięk nie był komfortowy .

Erg fijn hotel
Pros:

Ik was helemaal blij met dit hotel, recht tegenover het busstation waar ik de volgende dag de bus moest nemen. Het zag er super leuk uit, kleurrijk en modern. De kamer was comfortabel en schoon. Ik kreeg een lekker welkomstdrankje. De sfeer is fijn, prima om alleen in de bar te gaan zitten. Het ontbijt was ook lekker met veel keuze. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Ik vind het altijd fijn als er een waterkoker op de kamer is. Dat was er niet. Maar de bar was 24 uur per dag open dus je kan in ieder geval altijd iets te drinken krijgen als je wil.

An okay stay overall, let down by poor cleanliness, noisy mattresses, and a lack of authentic cafes.
Pros:

The location is perfect since it's right across from the train station. The 12 euros breakfast is also a good value, especially since most other places in the area don't open until 9 am.

Cons:

The stay was okay overall, but the mattresses were squeaky and I found hair on the sheets. Additionally, the surrounding area only seems to have tourist trap restaurants. The towels are pretty worn-out.

A fantastic hotel with wonderful, supportive staff.
Pros:

We were dealing with a medical emergency involving my son, and the property couldn't have been more accommodating in supporting us through a very difficult time. In particular, Catarina at the front desk was fantastic. She really helped us to minimise the stress of the situation, and we are extremely grateful.
