Zimmern sind echt schlecht ausgestattet und schmutzig tägliche Reinigung findet nicht statt deshalb nichts zum weiter empfehlen

İt was a really good place to stay. Perfect location. Everything we needed was in a walking distance. The staff was very helpful with everything.

Very good hotel. Great location and very helpful staff. Room was very good and well-furnished. İ i would suggest this place to everyone who would like to stay in kavacık area.

Not really geared up for international visitors as TV channels only in a Turkish (although my TV didn’t work and despite asking twice for it to be fixed).
Rooms had fridges which was nice although mine frosted over and froze everything in it!
Tea and coffee facilities in room.
Room nit cleaned all week but that was ok with me.
Staff were very helpful even though a lot of communication was via Google translate.
Breakfast was included but no option: only Turkish breakfast style. Which was a surprise but when I Turkey I guess…?! So overall a pleasant stay and location food for my European race, but the edition of a pool would have been fantastic. But cheaper and cheerful enough

Very basic hotel. Hardly spoke any English. Upon arrival wanted to take the payment in 3 installments on my card which resulted in the card being blocked. Room was average at best, clearly used for smoking. Bed linen was a thin sheet thinner than a tea towel. Toilet not very clean. Room wasnt cleaned once in 4 days, no fresh towels.

The property manager Dennis responded immediately to my initial concerns about being a non smoker in a smoker's room. He was very helpful throughout my stay.

This was the best accomodation during my stay in İstanbul. Comfortable rooms and the whole hotel in general is very clean. The restaurant is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. İ suggest this hotel to everyone who is planning to stay in this area.

Terrible. Room smelled tabaco. No sound proof, snorring and f**** from the next room. Smoking and that awful smell. Rooms are not cleaned. Bed uncomfortable, very tough. Breakfast plate was very poor. The first time I was waiting for check-out and the best feeling was leaving from the hotel.

Kein Luxus aber dafür freundlichen Personal und sauber.

Less tourists in this area. Fair hotel in Beykoz if it is necessary to stay around

Einmal 15 Minuten war Abend Strom weg plötzlich, dann die zarge das Tür Zimmer 406 war kaputt, könnte jederzeit runterfallen von Badezimmer.bis Heißes Wasser kamm dauerte länger.

Convenient for me to be in beykoz but everything else below average

Helpful staff, clean and big rooms considering the place and the pricing, I've encountered zero problems when staying there and if there was any the staff would gladly help as it was with my case!
