Bad service & they lie.
Pros:

Called ahead to make sure a 1st floor room was available. “Yes” she said, they have plenty. We arrived about 7:30pm, & front desk said no 1st floor rooms, yet we see 20 plus unoccupied rooms. Upstairs steps are covered with snow, which are dangerously slippery. Spent an hour going back & forth with Hotels.com & OYO front desk woman walking to & from our truck. H.com said the hotel would credit the charge within 24 hours. It is now 24 hours later, & I still have not been credited.

This is a great place to stay. My family and I felt very safe and comfortable and it is a great location. Not only that the staff is extremely nice and more than accommodating!

Pros:

I went to check in hotel was NOTHING like the pictures! Rooms were not ready, buildings were run down, front desk was closed up behind glass!! I was asked to return in about one hour! I did not as I was afraid for my wellbeing! No one to talk to about this issue and was told no refund!! I wouldn’t send an animal to stay there! Gross, unsafe, rundown and shouldn’t be in business!!!

Not Ready for Primetime
Pros:

Low price, desk clerk helpful.

Cons:

No roadside sign, poor outdoor lighting, door key didn't work well, no TV service, no Wi-Fi service, street and train noise intrusive, bathroom remodel not great. Why wasn't I informed the motel was undergoing renovations?

Oyo id a big NO
Pros:

There was no TV or Phone in the room. The bed boke while I was sound asleep. The foot at the right side head collapsed. The shower had no nob to turn it on and off. All in all this is not a motel that should be on ypur app. It will just give you a bad name.

I would have had a nice stay if your credit card machine was working!

I didn't at your hotel for the reasons cited below.

Cons:

When I tried to pay for my registration, I was told because their credit card machine was broken, I had to pay in CASH!!! I don't carry all that much cash when I am traveling, so I had to find another hotel room in Clovis that took my credit card and it cost me about $20 MORE than your place. I've done a lot of traveling, and this was the FIRST time this has ever happened to me!

My stay at OYO Kings Inn
Pros:

hot water and good water pressure. Staff was nice and helpful. The room was fairly clean. Towels and soap were avaliable in the room

Cons:

unfinished old hotel. T.V. not available. Bed too soft. No desk area in the room.
