Dziękujmy za mile spędzony czas, obsługa na wysokim poziomie! Kelnerzy, pracownicy chcą uchylić kawałek nieba gościom:)
Pros:

Najbardziej podobała się nam możliwość spakowania owoców, rogalików na plażę. Pracownicy pozwalali wynosić drobne jedzonko na tzw: drugie śniadanie, nie każdy hotel pozwala na taką przyjemność.

Cons:

Jedynie krótki okres korzystania z basenu, do godziny 19.00. Parking mógłby być w cenie pobytu.

В даному готелі-чисто, їжа -якісна, хоча перші дні вона була специфічною на вечерю за рахунок соусів , на сніданок-дуже смачно, хоча по меню хотілося за 7 днів якогось різноманіття. Зустріч персоналом в ресторані була завжди теплою та привітною, діти цьому дуже раділи👍 на сніданок завжди були фрукти та шампанське. На вечерю-без напоїв, купляєте самостійно. Басейн-чистий, температура води комфортна, рушники, постільна білизна-все біле та чисте. Одноразово в номері була пляшка води. Під час відпочинку я святкувала свій День народження-привітали пляшкою брюта, що дуже приємно🎉 коли виїжджали з готелю теж подарували пляшку алкогольного напою. Чи рекомендую готель-однозначно так✨🫶🏻

Запах каналізації в номері ( чоловік пізніше усунув причину) , відсутність халатів в 212-214 номерах , дозатори миючих засобів працюють дуже важко

Herzliches Personal & schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das herzlichste Personal das wir seit langem getroffen haben. Ante (Frühstücksservice) hat sich jeden Morgen mit meinem Kind unterhalten und ist uns ans Herz gewachsen. Alles war sauber, Personal hilfsbereit, die Zimmer der Wahnsinn - wir haben vor Ort spontan noch einige Tage verlängert. Nach Abreise hat man uns innert Minuten angerufen weil mein Kind sein Plüschtier im Restaurant vergessen hatte. Das Personal konnte sich noch genau erinnern wem es gehörte. Wir konnte so noch rechtzeitig zurück um es zu holen. Herzensempfehlung!

Tolles Hotel mit gemütlichem Ambiente und nettem Personal
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem, kleinen, aber dafür schönen Sauna-Bereich. Die beheizten Wasserbetten zur anschließenden Entspannung waren toll und zur Erfrischung konnte man kurz im Pool schwimmen.

Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen köstlich (Empfehlung: Egg Benedicts) und das Personal durchweg freundlich - vor allem beim Frühstück.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und es ist m.E. alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt.

Cons:

Vor allem zum Schluss hin hat meine Lüftung (vor allem im Bad) gestunken (etwas nach Kloake) - das war leider etwas unangenehm.
Ich vermute aber, dass es eine einmaliges und kurzes Problem war.
