Buena ubicación, limpieza bien en las habitaciones. Áreas comunes con limpieza descuidada.
Pros:

No desayuné ahí. La ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

El elevador siempre estuvo mojado y sucio pues se subían de la alberca y no lo limpiaban. El área común no estaba muy limpia.
La Srita que nos recibió cuando le dije que reservaríamos por Booking, porque era más barato, como que no le gustó y nos trató de manera bastante seca o medio molesta. No fue grosera pero no fue amable.

El servicio al cliente con un joven estubo pesimo .. salimos ala playa y cuando regresamos las camas estabam tendidas y la basura sacada pero en el baño dejaron las tuallas y la Cortina del baño tarada en donde sebaña uno y luego que querian cobrarme un cargo pol limpiarlas y el chabo del mostrador bien prepotente

Habitación grande bien, personal bien pero hay cucarachas

Personal amable y el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien, la habitación amplia

Cons:

Que en mi habitación había cucarachas pequeñas en el piso y en los muebles, salian de noche, no te dan colcha en la cama, solo la sábana y las almohadas no estan tan comodas.

Cons:

El cuarto olía a humedad y era más pequeño. El año pasado nos tocó uno con vista al lobby y estuvimos muy cómodos.
Está vez nos dieron uno del fondo del pasillo sin ventana, olía a humedad la habitación.
Las recepcionistas fueron muy frías y para colmo no estaba funcionando el restaurante.
