חופשה שהפכה לסיוט בושה שמלון כזה משווק בבוקינג!
חוויה מזעזעת ומאכזבת ברמות שקשה לתאר!
הגענו לחופשה משפחתית לקחנו 3 חדרים במלון בבטומי עם הילדים והנכדים, ומהרגע הראשון מצאנו את עצמנו מתמודדים עם כמויות בלתי נסבלות של יתושים במלון.
כל בני המשפחה, כולל הילדים והנכדים הקטנים, נעקצו ללא הפסקה. באופן אישי, הגוף שלי התמלא עקיצות, והגירודים היו כל כך קשים עד שנוצרו לי שטפי דם בכל הגוף. במקום לחזור מחופשה עם חוויות טובות, אני חוזרת לארץ ונאלצת לפנות לקבלת טיפול רפואי.
ואם זה לא מספיק, המזגן לא קירר, כך שלא הייתה לנו אפשרות אמיתית לסגור את החלון ולהימנע מכניסת היתושים. פשוט מלכוד בלתי אפשרי!
לילות שלמים ללא שינה, סבל מתמשך, ילדים ונכדים שנעקצים וחופשה משפחתית שלמה שנהרסה.
לא מדובר באי-נוחות קטנה או בחוסר שביעות רצון משירות. מדובר בתנאי אירוח בלתי סבירים שפגעו באופן ממשי בחופשה ובבריאות שלנו.
בושה שמלון במצב כזה ממשיך לארח משפחות ומשווק דרך פלטפורמה בינלאומית כמו Booking.
אנחנו משלמים ממיטב כספנו כדי לנפוש, לא כדי לחזור הביתה עם גוף מלא עקיצות ולהזדקק לטיפול רפואי.
אני ממליצה בחום למשפחות, ובמיוחד למי שמגיע עם ילדים קטנים ותינוקות, לחשוב היטב לפני שמזמינים כאן חדר.
חוויה שלא הייתי מאחלת לאף אחד. אכזבה מוחלטת!

Unfortunately, our experience at the Bellagio Hotel in Batumi was very disappointing. There were far too many mosquitoes, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay there. On top of that, the air conditioning was not turned on, and the hotel staff were unwilling to switch it on. These conditions made our stay unpleasant and far below our expectations. A hotel should provide basic comfort and a pleasant environment for its guests. Sadly, this was not our experience.

חדר אוכל גרוע כולל האוכל, לחם יבש בלי מבחר, ארוחת בוקר (אם אפשר לקרוא לזה ) מיותרת ביותר ולא נעים לשבת שם
אפילו קפה לא היה רק תה , ומי שרוצה קפה אז צריך לשלם 10 לארי זה פשוט בדיחה.
