We are located inside El Jaguar Tulum Park, as it is a protected reserve and has an additional cost per day per person. The charge is for a bracelet that is provided at the entrance. The cost varies depending on nationality

Great stay, clean, quiet and relaxing.
Pros:

Despite the amount of sargasum (which is out of the control of the property), the beach was nice and clean overall. The service and staff were very polite and welcoming and the room was very clean.

Cons:

Considering the amount of sargasum I think a more competitive price for the room could've been offered.

very clean and comfortable, modern style design room, there is small pool, during our stay (4 nights) it was very quiet and we were only one using it. Breakfast options a la card is wide, the quality of preparation is lower, unfortunately.
It is directly on the beach, the nicest part of the beach in the location. Staff cleans the beach daily from the sea weed.
Nice facilities to relax on the beach with good service (expect higher prices but still acceptable). It is part of the national park that is a bit remote from everything and expect to pay daily NP fee. Parking was possible at the property, area was very safe and our receptionist was amazing.

Cons:

The beach can be busy, and expect high production of the seaweed by the sea. There is no restaurant in the resort for dinner.

Pros:

Nous étions logés dans bungalow sur la plage qui est très spacieux pour 4 personnes.
Vue magnifique !
Le beach club est très bien et on dispose d un bed avec le logement.
Petit déjeuner correct.

Pros:

the hotel located in the Jaguar park, where you can find the archeological zone as well, so its protected and beautiful and provide different hidden gem beaches, restaurantes, easily reach by walk or with the buggies. The staff is very kind, and helpful, beds were super comfy, curtains were proper blackout. After 5pm only hotel guests can enter, so its quite, and perfect to relax.

Cons:

besides its in a gated park, and you pay extra charges every day, during the day literally anybody can get in so you dont really feel it private. our room was spacious and clean with a moderate design, but faced to a parking lot, so it would be nice to put more plants to keep the rooms separate.

Hotel direct nabij een heel mooi strand dat in februari vrij rustig was

Cons:

Helaas geen diner/ avondeten bij hotel. Je bent aangewezen op een beperkt aantal restaurants in de omgeving die te voet via het strand bereikbaar zijn. Even naar Tulum is een onderneming omdat je het natuurpark uit en in moet.

Fint hotell på stranden.
Pros:

Flott hotell beliggende på den fineste stranden i Mexico. Flotte solsenger med plass til alle, deilig frokost på Strandcafeen hvor det ved siden av var Strand restaurant og bar.

Var med på snorkletur som du bestilte på stranden til venstre for hotellet. Man så også Maja ruinene som man kunne gå til på stranden.

Cons:

Savnet restaurant på hotellet. Strandrestauranten som serverte nydelig mat og drikke, stengte kl. 17.30.
Vi gikk til nabohoteller for å finne restaurant.

Gorgeous, quiet, luxurious place to relax and enjoy the area
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the casita, and the bungalow was exquisite - spacious, charming, well equipped, very private and right on the beach.

Cons:

Tener en cuenta dos cosas : por día te cobra un adicional de 120 mx por impuesto del parque y te piden un depósito para gastos extra que puedan surgir que te lo devuelven a la misma tarjeta . Ambas cosas están mencionadas pero no lo suficientemente claro. Espero que me lo devuelvan.

Que al inicio no me dijeron en linea que mis habitaciones habían quedado muy alejadas y me toco pagar un porcentaje para que mis niñas estuvieran cerca de mi cuarto
