Hostal Doble E Patagonia

Excelente hotel, solo tuve inconvenientes con la reserva por parte de hoteles.com, sin embargo, el hotel solucionó el inconveniente. Muy buena alimentación y excelente ubicación

Lo unico que puedo destacar como positivo fue la atención de Segundo. La pieza tenia moscas al llegar. La manilla donde cuelga la toalla se salió apenas saqué la toalla. La ducha goteaba lo que no me dejaba dormir. La dirección del hotel es engañosa, al buscar en google maps indica estar cerca del terminal y no lo está.
Lo peor fue que pedimos si podiamos dejar una maleta en el hotel y pasar por ella unos dias despues posterior a nuestro paseo a torres del paine. Nos dijeron que si e indicamos cuando volveriamos. Dos horas antes de llegar a buscar la maleta avisamos q ibamos en camino. Al llegar el
Hotel estaba cerrado con candado, mi pareja tuvo que pasarse por el muro para poder entrar. El teléfono estaba encima desatendido, tuvimos q sacar la maleta por sobre el muro, hacer arreglos de ella bajo la lluvia. Perdimos el bus a punta arenas y tuvimos que pagar un transporte privado. A la fecha aun no recibimos ningún mensaje siquiera. Pésimo servicio.

Excelente atención por parte del personal que trabaja en el hotel, muy atentos, felicitar a la Sra. Jimena y al Sr. Segundo.
Habitaciones muy cómodas y cálidas... y contentos porque inauguramos la piscina.

Excelente atención. Queda lejos del centro lo que lo hace inadecuado para quienes no cuentan con vehículo.
Como sugerencia agregaria fruta y algo dulce al desayuno.

O atendimento dos funcionários, como Laura e Segundo, foi maravilhoso!! Hotel muito aconchegante!

Café uma cortesia pelo preço e bom ...banheiro pequeno mais funcional ..excelente atendimento, localização em rua não asfaltada , muita poeira .

The hotel overall was nice. The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast except for the fact that they made you scrambled eggs. I didn’t see any coffee at breakfast though. The hotel is being expanded (looked like a hot tub and pool are being added) so that will be a nice addition. It’s a little out of town and there are some old cars and things right next to the hotel. We booked it thinking it was near the bus terminal but the hotels.com map was wrong. It also comes up twice on google maps so make sure you check street view first!

The staff at the Doble E were very nice and attentive. The room was clean and well appointed. The hotel is a good choice for those with a car; for those without it would be an excessively long walk into the heart of town.

We stayed one night in this beautiful hotel. We had an amazing experience after our long and exhausting trekking in Torres Del Paine. We were warmly welcomed and felt confortable at this place. In particular, we would like to highlight the kindness of the staff. We ran out of cash (our mistake) and Jimena, who works there, helped us to get a ride to the city center in a time of emergency. This touched us a lot. We highly recommend this hotel to all guests. This is by far our best stay in Puerto Natales. All the best !
