ottimo mini albergo per brevi soggiorni
Pros:

- una bella posizione strategica nel centro di Genova
- camera pulita e in ordine
- non si sentono rumori. Si può riposare senza problemi.

Posizione centrale, facilmente raggiungibile. Letto comodo. Bagno confortevole. Pulizia della stanza. Servizi complessivi. Disponibilità del personale.

Pros:

Posizione comoda, con intorno un po' di servizi e a poca distanza a piedi dalla stazione di Genova Principe. Staff cordiale. Buona dimensione degli spazi.

Cons:

Tutto molto basico tendente al datato. Il vero neo sono le pareti molto sottili: tv e tosse del vicino sono stati con noi come se fossero nella nostra stanza finchè attivi.

Pros:

La camera 1 é grande, praticamente una mini-suite.
L’abbiamo trovata pulita e comoda, il personale era gentile. Inoltre l’hotel è in centro, vicinissimo al porto antico e quindi all’acquario e al lungomare.
I parcheggi lì sono cari, ma l’hotel offriva uno sconto per le prime 24h.

Tutto perfetto, posizione dell'hotel, pulizia e gentilezza dei proprietari....

Cons:

Purtroppo c'era l'acqua che era troppo fredda, abbiamo avvertito noi i titolari che non sapevano nulla e hanno subito chiamato l'amministratore perché l'acqua e' centralizzata poi siamo ripartiti...

Séjour agréable à Gênes, je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

L’emplacement central, à 15 mn à pied de la gare, facile à trouver, calme, petit hôtel propre. À proximité de tout, commerces, restaurants, le port a quelques minutes à pied. Bon accueil.

Cons:

Un petit point concernant la taille du lit de la chambre 2 au RDC, ce n’est pas vraiment un lit pour 2 grandes personnes. La taille n’est pas standard. Pour une personne c’est bien.
