Smooth check in with Ms Anna, who contacted me beforehand to ensure we were collected at the airport by the driver.
Nice clean room and bathroom. We were privileged to be able to have the booking which included free breakfast during our 3 night stay.
The Vietnamese breakfast options were very tasty and gave us a taste of Hoi An local cuisine
Ms Anna was very helpful in providing us options to visit places during our stay.
Nothing was too much of a problem for Ms Anna and her fellow staff.
Location 10 minutes walk from Hoi An ancient town. Close to local cafes with a gym next door to the villa. Beautiful flowers and green space around the villa.
Booking com stated that a damage of 500.000 Vietnamese dong was required on checking in but Ms Anna confirmed this was not required.
If you are paying for your stay when you check in, please ensure you have cash for payment as it was not stated on the booking.com confirmation.
There was nothing we did not like. Please remember to close the windows before it gets dark , on rainy evenings as mosquitos did love us quite a bit.

The staff was great! Super helpful, both the woman at the reception and the security at night. We did laundry for a very small amount of money and the clothes were super clean, folded etc. The hotel is very good.
Le was so friendly and helpful. She helped us with everything we were looking for. That included coffee, food, sightseeing, and travel. Money exchange was also provided. The night security man was friendly and helpful as well.
Love the way staff treated me like their friend. Breakfast was awsome. And I can walk to acient town within 10 minutes.
