A perfect boutique hotel
Pros:

We had such a lovely stay here! The location was walking distance to loads of cafes, restaurants and the beach which was ideal. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff really made you feel at home. We will for sure be back. Thank you!

Such a well thought out and well executed hospitality experience. The team were fantastic.
Pros:

Beautiful property, beautiful staff. Every little detail was thought of. Breakfast was excellent and they really make you feel at home. The decor is gorgeous too.

Cons:

There was no lift, so if you have a heavy case the staff will help you up the stairs to your room

Great friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. Very close to where you want to be in Sea Poi t.

Cons:

Our room, 201, opened on to the public plunge pool and deck, next to the lobby, which is fine but for the fact that the windows and glass door are not fully opaque, meaning you have to keep the blinds drawn all the time esle everyone can see in whether you are in the room or not.

The most disappointing stay we had in SA
Pros:

Rooms have beautiful design; most if the staff are friendly and helpful

Cons:

Poor value for money - this was one of the most expensive options in the area, but all you get is just beautifully designed rooms, that's it.
There is no swimming pool (which is promised in the description)- there is just a tiny plunge pool, no room service, no restaurant or bar, there is absolutely nothing to do there.
Additionally, there are rooms without bathroom doors, like you can see toilet from the bed as everything is one open space, so unless you are into those type of things - choose carefully if planning to share room with someone.
I'm honestly surprised with high rating of this hotel given it's price vs value... There are many many much better options, but of course the booking is non refundable so we had to stay there for a week and go to other hotels for pool etc. Disappointing.
