Bathroom needs more attention when cleaning. Shower head was dirty and moldy.

היה קשה למצוא את המלון אין שום שילוט. הגענו בערב הכל שומם מסביב. מתאים ללילה לפני או אחרי טיסה לברגמו.

Lo primero, se dice que es un aparta hotel, pero poco se explica que es una residencia de ancianos. Me parece bien que lo sea, pero eso debe explicarse, porque tiene un horario hasta las 20horas y si llegas más tarde, en nuestro caso teníamos parking concertado, no te abren. La última noche lo tuvimos que dejar en la calle. Por otro lado, dicen que está cerca del centro y no es cierto, y por último, las personas que están en recepción tienen muy poca empatía y si les pides explicaciones, poco más que se ríen de ti en tu cara. Tampoco hay servicio de habitaciones durante la estancia.

The property was in a residential area outside of the typical tourist spots. The streets were fairly quiet at night (we visited in early July), which did make us a little bit wary when walking back in the evening but everything was fine.

El personal. Es una residencia de mayores y alquilan apartamentos a turistas. Tanto en el check un como en el check out no prestaron ningún interés y nada de amabilidad.

Un peu éloigné du centre historique, difficile de se stationner dans les rues , piscine petite, a savoir que cet établissement est partagé avec des résidents seniors

הניקיון היה טעון שיפור, המיטה לא נוחה, המגבות, ובעיקר העובדה שמדובר בדיור מוגן שמשכיר דירות שהתפנו וזה מאד מורגש, על אף שבית העסק לא מצהיר על כך בפני האורחים וזה לא צוין גפ באתר בוקינג. יש בחלל ריח מאד מסוים, בלובי ובאזורים המשותפים ישנם שלטים שאוסרים על אורחים להיכנס (מיועדים רק לדיירים), ואפילו בחדר שלנו היו תמונות משפחתיות אישיות של בעלי החדר הקודמים כנראה. אם היו אומרים לי מראש לא הייתי מזמינה את הדירה הזו.

Contacting this place or the reception before my stay was an awful experience , thete was a severe language problem with the staff who answered the phone and none too heloful.
When i arrived the first thing i noticed was the old folks home smell but wasnt overwheming tbf). Its half oap home and half apartment hotel.
I noticrd previous reviews and mzst reiterate one thing , the receotion staff especially one or maybe 2 im nit sure tgey were italian poor english skills were very austere they were in their 30s or so but so unfriendly for a front of house welcoming that it wasnt much fun . Secondly they were obsessed ( ive seen this mentioned in reviews) in getting as much money and that was their modus operandi from what i saw . Obsessed in getting a days city tax to the fact that the 2nd day i was asked about it on my way infrom being out in bergamo . Surreal. Tho the worst was my last day when another receptionist whod until then said nothing throughout my whole stay, asked me as i came from room after just waking up if i had tge 5 euros . I knew i had to pay it but its there m.o. to only care about fees and nit doing much else a normal hotel would do. They are very impolite . I saw 3 staff on reception whilst i was there 2 couldnt speak english well . Tho another young woman from the town was first class , friendlt ,affable , heloful and spoke exemplary english . To barrack people rather than ask in a kindly manner for €5 city tax is o.t.t.
The place is ok , but the reviews ive seen iver play this place it needs a makeover and staff whos english language and people skills are better. Sorry if its too harsh , but to bother me as i was on sunday when i was going out for the day was very uosetting and was deakt with awfully. The 2 staff on reception need to learn out to smile rather than look miserable or vacant . The other receptionist was first class.
