Katastrophe, obwohl wir das Hotel gar nicht von innen zu Gesicht bekamen!

Gar nichts, denn:
Wir haben nicht genächtigt, da es dem Hotel nicht der Mühe wert war , das Telefon abzuheben und es wurde auch nicht auf unsere email via Booking.com reagiert.
Das habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt.
Am späten Nachmittag, als endlich jemand das Telefon abnahm, habe ich gesagt wir würden wieder nach Hause fahren.
Nach den Gründen wurde nicht nachgefragt!
Tolles Hotel!!!!

A pain

Cons:

When I arrived, I was on M level. I've been told to go around to the parking garage. I pressed on the ticket dispenser, but no ticket came out.

I went back to the service desk and told them my problem. I then was advised, according to some men on the desk, since their parking house is full, I should go across those very wide street to the other MÖVENPICK and park there, which meant, had to lug in my luggage across the street to co e back to my room. Only after I told them I'm 81 years old did they let me park on the M level. I was able to manage that.

In short, I never had an experience like that before, and I visited over 30 countries and stayed in hotels all levels.

My conclusion is, that Mövenpick Management, in Stuttgart at least, are most arrogant. The Visitors staying at the hotel were more thoughtful.

THEN:

I tried to make coffee, there was only 2 DECAF and tea, no regular coffee.

Tried to pluck in the kettle, the cable was too short, had to bring it to the
Desk and pluck it in, or bend down to the floor.

Water leaked from the kettle, which put a puddle on the desk. Luckily, there were enough towels to soak up the large puddle.

When I took a shower, it took me a while to figure out how to get out some soap from the bottle. A sign saying SQUEEZE would have Helped. In the shower there were 3 bottles, 1 of them had only one squeeze left, another one, shampoo with conditioner was totally empty.

Luckily the first bottle I tried out was not empty, otherwise I would still try to find out how it works.


I didn't bring my shampoo, because because I only stayed for one night, because my flight back to Canada left early next morning from Stuttgart.
That's why I chose a high end hotel.

Would I choose Möwenpick again, maybe in another country or city? NOWAY!

Wohlfühlhotel mit der Liebe zum Detail
Pros:

Selten habe ich es so bereut erst um 17 Uhr im Hotel gewesen zu sein. Absolutes Wohlfühlhotel mit dem gewissen Etwas, der Liebe zum Detail. Man wollte gar nicht in den Urlaub fliegen sondern einfach nur bleiben. Die Lage ist natürlich auch perfekt für Übernachtungen vor einem Flug. Da rollt der Koffer nicht lange... Immer gerne wieder.

Cons:

Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Kiváló helyen, igényes, a legjobb helyen! A reptér az út túloldalán van.
Pros:

Bőséges reggeli, igényesen tálalva, igazi luxus érzés. Finom volt a kávé, és minden élelmiszer. Nagyon tetszett hogy madár tematikájú volt a hotel, mindenhol volt egy madár ikon, hímzés, vagy minta elhelyezve.

Wir mussten das mit dem Doppelzimmer gebuchte Frühstück für eine Person bezahlen die nicht anreisen konnte.

Direkt am Messegelände, Schallisolierte Fenster, sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

The didnt mention have to pay their own car park €44 for 12 hours and anyway for a car park is a mounstrous chaarge ( repeat is it their own car park ) .shame
