Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. היה לנו תקלה בחלון של החדר ובקושי היה אפשר לישון בגלל הרעש וביקשנו מהקבלה שיבואו לתקן ושיעזרו לנו שיהיה נעים ונוח בזמן השהייה ובא אחד מצוות המלון ולא הצליח לתקן את הבעיה וסבלנו מהרעש כל הלילה הבחור אמר שיחזור בבוקר
לקראת שמונה בבוקר אנחנו ישנו וכנראה שהבחור דפק בדלת ולא היה לו מענה הוא פשוט פתח את הדלת למרות שידע שיש שוהים בחדר וגם שמנו את הפתק על הידית שידעו שיש שם אנשים למרות חוסר המענה לבחור הבחור פשוט נכנס לחדר בזמן שאנחנו ישנו
קמנו ממש בבהלה וראינו שנמצא מישהו בחדר ומיד שקמנו הוא יצא
הרגשנו ממש לא בנוח ובאותו הרגע התעוררנו התארגנו והלכנו
הרגשנו חוסר וחדירה לפרטיות.

Bobbi Brown is a place you instantly feel comfortable in. The staff is genuinely kind, attentive and professional, not forced, just good people who care. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, the food and coffee are consistently great, and everything feels well run.
What really stood out for me was how warmly they welcomed my dog. No hesitation, no attitude just smiles, water, and real openness. That kind of hospitality says a lot about a place.
A spot you come back to not only for the food, but for the people and the feeling.

אין דבר שאהבתי במקום הארור ונ הטמא במיוחד כשומר שבת מלון פס קוקאין וזונות לא ככ משתלב עם שבת חתן לאנשים שומרי תורה ומצוות הדרך החוצה במדרגות מטונפת ומלאה מכשולים במדרגות מלא שקים של זבל וסדינים ציפות שחוסמים גם בטיחותית וגם לא יפה לא מכובד
אין דבר שאהבתי חוץ מהיחס בקבלה שהבחור ניסה לעזור אבל הוא יכול לטפל ולדאוג לכל הספקים מחיר יקר חדר פיצפון עם בקושי חלון שלא נפתח מכה של מקום קטסטרופה ותראו כמה אני מבזבז בשנה בעולם דרככם מעולם לא התאכזבתי והגבתי כך
