Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. Great vibe, amazing staff and truly dog friendly 🐾
Bobbi Brown is a place you instantly feel comfortable in. The staff is genuinely kind, attentive and professional, not forced, just good people who care. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, the food and coffee are consistently great, and everything feels well run.
What really stood out for me was how warmly they welcomed my dog. No hesitation, no attitude just smiles, water, and real openness. That kind of hospitality says a lot about a place.
A spot you come back to not only for the food, but for the people and the feeling.
If you want it shorter, more casual, or even more dog centered, tell me and I’ll tighten it.

the perfect location at a bargain price. Don't expect clean and polished, and breakfast is a no.
Pros:

Ilya at the front desk went above and beyond. You cannot beat the location and the price.

Cons:

The breakfast was overpriced for what it was, and there was no one there to give coffee.

Pros:

Good location off of Rothschild (albeit a little difficult to find the hotel entrance!), cool hotel, clean, decent sized rooms, good breakfast options, friendly staff

Cons:

The only F&B on offer was the breakfast (I was expecting a hotel restaurant and/or bar), and the pool / rooftop is very small - the lounging space is a communal sofa bed which I was disappointed by as I had specifically booked the hotel to use the pool / sun lounger facilities
