I didn’t line the fact the head board of the bed had a bed of roaches behind it very disgusting
The front desk gave me a room that was close to the bush and full of smoke smell. And when I called to change the room he hugged up on me never called back or changed it.

Wasn’t able to stay had roaches absolutely disgusted
It works for the night but smells like weed upon arriving at the front desk.
I looked up the neighborhood and it said that the hotel was in a safe neighborhood. We went to a restaurant nearby and they had Security guard there. It was Easter Sunday and the nearby shopping area was closed but there was Security driving around there before and after dinner.
The parking lot had a lot of trash
The people at the desk were nice, but the room was not up to par. There were roaches everywhere! Lady at the desk tried to put us in another room but it had roaches as well. I had to end my trip early. I had my 2 kids with me and we had to find another hotel to stay in. Very inconvenient! I used to stay at rhis hotel all the time but its been a year since i have been here so i guess i expected too much
Great staff. They went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue. The facility was clean, visually appealing and everything that I needed.

Nice for a short stay… front desk staff was very nice assisted with a broken stovetop late at night
As I was checking in I left my shoes I was so tired and was on the phone by time I realized that somebody stole my shoes
Private parking, cheap price and NO BUGS. entire area is clean and room was comfortable
found cigarette butts on the floor and the room smelled like smoke. I will never stay there again.
Upon arrival a lady was in the lobby being evicted and she was extremely loud and following one of the managers from floor to floor. She kind of made the initial interactions a bad experience. The room was ok, it hadn't been properly cleaned though. The carpet was damp and also, I didn't realize it until I was checking the room before our departure and saw there was a container of Vaseline under the bed, and it didn't belong to me. The property is in a convenient location and has easy access parking.
This is a Amazing hotel all the staff here is so polite and very professional us customer are their number one priority and they actually care . I am very comfortable with my stay the rooms are clean and the whole hotel is very clean and The Managers and staff are very friendly and make feel like I am at home and I enjoy everyone my family and feel very comfortable I like everyone they so nice
